Plarail's falloff is legitimately sad, I dislike how they had to introduce that standardized chassis. I feel that it hurt some of their models. (I also saw a cool mod of Hurricane on Twitter that put his body on Murdoch's chassis and it was pretty cool, he actually has 10 wheels now.)
Big fan of these styles of videos where you ramble on about a more niche Thomas topic for 20 or so minutes, my first video from you was your Knock-offs comparison and I enjoyed that a lot.

13:13 Why's Nia, don't makes big world big adventures in japan for 2019, but the new design's connor, to lorenzo, and same more mainland in the show, i never right thinking's Nia but plarail begins motor's of tank engines, likes stanley, stepney, percy, whiff, lady, BoCo, dodge, splatter, and only best thomas, plarail is lazy, of Nia's force to fans talent's helping's thomas.
Tbh I just prefer the shape in general. The moving side rods are definitely a bonus on Plarail’s end, but it just looks off. I feel that way about a lot of the Trackmaster models, like Stanley and Luke. The Plarail models are more accurate, but I prefer the shape of the Trackmaster models.
Plarail Rebecca vs Trackmaster Rebecca = Plarail Rebecca Plarail Conner and Caitlin vs Trackmaster Conner and Caitlin = Plarail Conner and Caitlin Trackmaster Stephen vs Plarail Stephen = Trackmaster Stephen Trackmaster Luke vs Plarail Luke = Trackmaster Luke Trackmaster Nia vs Plarail Nia = Plarail Nia Trackmaster Ryan vs Plarail Ryan = Trackmaster Ryan Trackmaster Young bao Vs Plarail Yong Bao = Plarail Young Bao Trackmaster Kenji Vs Plarail Kenji = Plarail Kenji Trackmaster Gina vs Plarail Gina = Plarail Gina Trackmaster Lorzano Vs Plarail Lorzano = Plarail Lorzano Trackmaster Ashama vs Plarail Ashama = Plarail Ashama Trackmaster Victor vs Plarail Victor = Plarail Victor Trackmaster Belle Vs Plarail Belle = Trackmaster Belle Trackmaster Bash and Dash vs Plarail Bash and Dash = Plarail Bash and Dash Plarail Hiro vs Trackmaster Hiro = Trackmaster Hiro Trackmaster Stanley vs Plarail Stanley = Trackmaster Stanley
Trackmaster should have also made a road Flynn, considering he can do on road. I also think trackmaster hiro is WAY better than the plarail one. The face and boiler is a LOT bigger then in the show, and I don’t like the side rods, just because you don’t think they look “accurate” that does not mean that they look better on hiro then the normal ones
My opinions vary on which motorized model I think is better. For a majority of the characters that Plarail produced, like Stanley, Luke, Gator, or the first six engines of the Steam Team, I can say with confidence that Plarail did better at than Trackmaster. With ones like Belle and Stephen, I'd be somewhere in between where I can go with either one; though I hate Stephen's huge ass tender on his Plarail model. With ones like Hiro, Bash and Dash, I'd at least think twice about which one I would pick. Plarail Hiro is more accurate and detailed, though I would probably still go with Trackmaster just because I prefer the thinner boiler and face. Bash and Dash, I'd probably still go for their Plarail as expensive as they are, but I hate the fact that their asses are just sticker details. That's really pathetic. As for engines like Connor, Caitlin and Ryan, it's a bit hard for me to say this especially for what I'm gonna say about some of the later characters but despite the more accurate detailing on their Plarail models, I would go for their Trackmaster counterparts for their slimmer boilers. Like Hiro looks jarring enough, but it looks terrible on those three, especially Ryan. I don't know. I'm really split on which area I prefer when comparing the two, and that leads to what I think of some of their later releases. Plarail still made better models than Trackmaster even when they started to decline in quality in a similar fashion (just not as badly) and I will happily say that they did better than Trackmaster with engines like Rebecca and Gina, but with ones like Nia, Hurricane, Yong Bao and Ashima, proportions aside, Trackmaster absolutely trumps their Plarail counterparts. Mainly Hurricane's model. The proportions and face on his Plarail do look better, but the detail on Hurricane's Trackmaster model is more commendable and at least his ass actually painted, unlike his Plarail, where it's just bare. And of course, his Trackmaster has painted buffers as well as the additional number on his bufferbeam. The brown is also more appealing on his Trackmaster. I guess a reason why I'm siding with his Trackmaster more is due to the similar size of the face and boiler with both models so there isn't much of a competition in that category. The same thing goes for Ashima and Yong Bao, but with Nia, well, I just can't forgive Plarail reusing Percy's footplate for her. It don't look right, I'm sorry. I do also wish that Plarail stopped using sticker detailing and just used painted or printed detailing for their engines like Trackmaster did in their later years. I don't wanna say the sticker detailing looks bad, but I do wish that they would begin to use it less. Like maybe only use for the front of the cab, and then the rest is actually painted on. Or maybe use the same type of sticker detailing that they use for the Capsule Plarail line. Okay, at this point, I'm probably just nitpicking, this comment has gone on long enough.
I think every Plarail model is automatically better than any TrackMaster 2 simply because you can't play with TM engines if their motors are turned off and they can't freewheel
I prefer the fisher price Hiro model because the boiler isn’t fat and while he does have the long side rods and lacks lots of detail I still think he’s a really good model but we can all agree the Aeg one is the worst
What if you took the plarail Stephen and take away his tender and give him the trackmaster Stephen tender then wam bam yes mam you got a good looking Stephen

Nah I prefer the Trackmaster Belle by a long shot.
Me too, and that's because the trackmaster model looks more like her real-life basis while plarail Belle looks like an ivatt
