Somethings gone wrong.... I could have sworn this was trip hop. I mean its clearly not, but.... this is sooooo similar to something else. The closing shot involves her in the tv falling off a car as it pulls away.

funny you say early 80's.. I hear where you're coming from... but I'm feeling a strong 1990 here. Faux "Ninja Turtles" and Rollerblades? What's in a video treatment anyway? I bet there's something here nobody will 'get'. LOVE the song anyway, and I'm feeling the nostalgia and darkness the video portrays.
After a highly disappointing new record from the Knife (i was waiting for it with such anticipation too!) this kinda gets me excited... just hope the rest of the album is as good as this song...!

I remember falling in love with the drummer at the XX concert back in January...it was their first show with the band and it was my first concert ever. I remember she was wearing a green blazer with black spectacles and maybe it was the 'shrooms but it felt like she noticed me that night, I definitely noticed her and it was magical.
Anyways, the show was awesome...the band is tight and the drummer, well, she's mine. SO BACK OFF!! lol
