Great to see there aren't that many submissions, so there's actually a bit of a chance of winning failing to tell a proper story :D (I should rename my channel)
To be fair about the titles though: Since we submitted via RUclips I didn't assume you would download the files and lose the name of the channel that uploaded. You could have specified that in the rules for clarity, otherwise there's little incentive to put your name in the title (since it shouldn't matter to the competition itself).

In my opinion the submission with the daughter and the mother locked in by someone who believes they have the corona virus is meant to be portraying the view (more or less) of the mother. You can hear the daughter speaking to what I believe is the audience, so the mother who obviously is not conscious. So in my opinion it does qualify very much!
But thats just who I see it.

I am no editor and wonÄt become one. But I really like your videos and tips. Even if I cannot make any practical use of them it helps me to understand why I like something or don't like something. And it made me understand better that I do not relly care about the effects or how an actor is presenting their lines. I am german and watch my movies in german so what I experience in terms of actors speech performance is ( as far as I can tell ) the almost best one possible.
But I was coming up with a story that I cannot tell because I lack the tools, time and skill with a video.
Maybe somebody likes the idea and is hereby free to use it.
We are in a dark room and our protagonist is wearing a blindfold. Asking his partner what she came up with since this is the first time they do that kind of play.
But nobody answers.... he does not think of anything bad....thinks she is teasing him.
Then we hear only in our left ear a whisper "I finally found you. It really was not easy...." ( I don't know if this should be a man or a woman ).
Our protagonist immediately tenses us, maybe we begin to hear his heartbeat.
"Please, I can expl.." muffling sounds... Gaffer tape gets unwound( is that the right word)
"Shhhh...." she says *footspeps going around us*.....
"I will take my time with you" We hear the well known sound of a baseball bat being swung near our face.
    "Lets start with your knees..."
    And thats it.
Don't know why I am even writing this but I somewhat felt like it.

Sven, thank you more so for in my opinion the connection I have realized by daily searching for other contestants and their creative expression. I have subscribed to so many people with less than 100 people and searched through their media... I love the raw flawed creation as I am guilty of, but this educates myself on my own error and wins.
I’m in an employment that needs NEEDS to follow written rules and it’s surprising how many people have submitted but not followed criteria, like great EQ and sound design but just broke one rule.... I know perspective is personal but I have enjoyed this challenge and I’m looking forward to future challenges prize or not to help me grow.

    • @SplitGoose
      @SplitGoose 3 года назад

@@Rhowski I can't actually hear them say "you're blind". But I'll take your word for it.
"Here's your baby" that's not even slightly enough evidence to assume the person is blind. All over the world every minute someone hand s someone else an object and says "Here you go". They don't assume the person they're handing the object to I'd blind or even has poor sight.
You seem like a good person, but you're reaching man :)
I'll go as far to say that the person being blind is a possibility. But there's definitely no evidence for that. Unless what you said is true and they do say "You're blind" at some point. But I couldn't hear it lol.

The thing about originality in competitions is that if everyone lays off the idea that everyone got, there's still gonna be one who does it anyway - and that person will get the benefit of being praised original. I've seen it so many times, and it actually says a lot about the people judging if they equate originality with uniqueness.

Don't make the challenge about yourself. You. Yes, you. Very unprofessional to be commenting on videos already submitted, whatever your motive. I've met people like you in life, and although you're presenting yourself as being helpful, if you dig deeper, you begin to realize a deeper motive. Unless you have decided to email every submitter with helpful hints and chance after chance to then resubmit their work until the competition ends, you're doing an obvious disservice to the others. Immediately disqualify yourself as a potential judge from now on. Post the rules, pick a winner, then return as a kind and helpful person who is appalled that anyone would suggest such a thing.
