i suffer from extreme anxiety and depression and was in a really bad place for about 5 years but for the past two weeks I have been watching your channel and been trying to change my mindset and started decluttering and deep cleaning. I'm a wife and mother of 4 and two of my children have moved out and now I have a 8 & 10 yr old girls still at home. I'm from Arkansas. Thank you, you are such an inspiration.

I loved this video. I watched/listened to it as hubby and I threw out old expired food, old pots and pans, added new shelf liner to the kitchen cabinets and re-organized the cabinets.

Hi Lynn. Came across your channel a few weeks ago and I'm loving it. I am 53 I have 5 kids ages 19-31, and I have severe fibromyalgia so cleaning is a very good therapy for me.
You have actually after 5 long hard years you've been on while I've been repainting and organizing my kitchen. My in laws lived here until they aged and passed. Now I'm making it my own slowly but surely. It's definitely helping with the anxiety and depression. I wish I had a way of showing you the before and afters
Lynn. I love your videos. I love them for motivation to clean but I also just play them in the middle of the night when I’m trying to fall back to sleep. I have a sleeping conditions so I am up most of the night. And this is nice and calm you talk through the whole thing and you have a soothing voice. You’re always positive and I appreciate that. You have great content. Thank you.
This video is helping a tad through depression. I live with clinical depression and in no way do I mean to downplay anyone else's battles but my home becomes unlivable. I don't invite people over, I don't go out much since I have no clean clothes, and the mess doesn't help. I sleep most of my days away because I cannot wake up. It's a vicious cycle & I can't wait to feel happy again. Thank you for this video & for opening up about mental health & cleaning! Much love!

One of my favorite tips is to use those little Tupperware cups with the lids to sort my small nails and tacks! That’s why I can grab them when I want to hang up something small. Then I have a full hanging kit in the garage. ♥️♥️

Depression is a beast… if you haven’t read pilgrims progress… it puts depression in such an amazing perspective, quite literally gives you the key to get out ☺️🙏🏼👊🏼

Hey Lynn. Thank you for being so honest about your cold sores. I've had them since i was little and get them a few times a year. I always salt water them with a cotton pad and it keeps them small and they dry up quickly too xxx
If your prone to cold sores, you need to take Lysine, it's a vitamin. Take one daily and you will NEVER have another cold sore!
Anxiety and depression is very hard. I deal with it as well. There are definitely good and bad days. The past couple have been bad. The holidays make it harder for me. Thank you for being authentic!

Thank you so much for sharing your struggles with anxiety + depression. I also suffer from the two and some days it’s harder than others. But I decided to step out of my comfort zone and start my own RUclips channel as well. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for so long and I decided it was time to make it happen and jump right in. I’m so glad I did. I feel so good about it.

Thank you for talking about your mental health struggles. I have bipolar 1, PTSD, anxiety and I suffer from depression. Some days it’s really hard to even get out of bed. But I have 3 kids and a husband that depend on me. My house isn’t always the cleanest but I try and do my best. Love your videos

Your quilt cover (comforter) where you place your comforter onto your bed then the cover on top. Do your steps before you stand on your bed, get your husband onto the other side and bring your cover over the top and bottom of the comforter (ensuring you don’t have to shake out your comforter as it’s already in place). Your only placing it into the cover. This way is so much faster and if your by yourself you can still do it that way. It’s just putting your comforter into your cover
I don't mind seeing the toilets being cleaned once there's nothing gross in the bowl. Seeing how u guys do it has revolutionized how I do mine.

Love your videos. Helpful suggestion toss your detergent lid into the washer with your load then replace it when cycle is done. No mess and no need for a plate anymore. 👍

All six of our dogs have to be near me when I clean.....moral support maybe??? Or they possibly feel guilty for making most of the messes in the first place! Lol! They’re so worth it though and I don’t mind the company when the hubby is at work❤️❤️

Yes this inspired me to clean and redecorate as well as declutter!
Turn your duvet inside out and put it over the top of your down comforter. Starting from the top (the duvet opening at the bottom) roll the duvet and the down comforter like a burrito until it’s rolled all the way down to the bottom. Once completely rolled up and at the bottom take the sides and turn them over the rolled blankets (like an old school fold over sandwich baggie). Then unroll and shake out to get distributed evenly. Good luck!

Love this video,one of my favourites.I love Christmas too my children are grown up now one have her own family the other two still live at home.but my first Christmas I can remember was being on the bus coming back from Christmas shopping with my mum on the bus (I live in UK) and I remember it was snowing and the lights on the houses around the windows and trees up the front windows looked so pretty it was so magical well for me it was.so I’ve tried to do this for my children and grandchildren we have trees everywhere just take me 2 days to put up but like you say looks so pretty at nights when it’s warm with a stew on the cooker.nothing like Christmas and I’m praying this won’t be my last as I’m ill now.so sorry to end with that anyway this Christmas has to be the best ever just in case for my children and especially for my grandchildren🥰🎅🥰🎄

I know this is three years ago but it’s my first time watching this. If you ever check this out. I had really bad nails but eating fish salmon sardines and chicken and turkey my nails are the best they have ever been. My hands are always in water. I don’t paint my nails as a rule because I had acrylics done once and had to remove them before my surgery and was so ruined never again would I have acrylics. Might do nail polish 💅 for special occasions.

Hey honey same thing with laundry just happened to me. However I found a cute dish drying mat and put it under the glass dispenser holder and it actually soaked up most of it and I threw it in with next load (and an extra rinse) but the detergent didn't quite make it to the floor. Just thought I would let you know. Us absent minded mommas have to stick together.

I suffer from anxiety and depression too I don’t think my meds are up to speed right now. We are preparing for a move from OH to TN. My husband is being transferred and he leaves in the 5th of January and it feels like nothing is going right. Thanks for the motivation to keep going
