Hell of a deal Mark! Colony Park MP is real nice w/6 expansive clubhouses, 6 heated pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 2 fitness centers, dedicated dog parks, billiards room, game room and library. On-site Marina also present. Real nice area and surround neighborhoods. You get all this for the price mentioned. Great deal. Won't last long.

Thanks for the comment, the majority of these homes have the original metal exterior siding, the vinyl is a more pricey upgrade that we try and highlight on the tours that have it.
