I visited a feedlot in 1985 and that day stopped eating meat. Heard it all for decades. Today I have been a full plant based diet for over 12 years and there is no doubt about how it makes you feel, the energy, and your cells open up and feed your soul.

Ur so right bro, I've been vegan on and off for a couple of year and definitely notice that when I am eating a vegan diet I have much more energy and I feel much stronger even tho I don't seem so muscular. I for sure wanna learn more about that yogic food teaching.
    Much love from Croatia.

Great Video. You kinda remind me of a certain youtuber. He went fruitarian and talked a lot about semen retention and living a great life. but his videos don't exist anymore.
Your correct about the correlation between diet and state of being, feeling and thinking. Also the chakras. I think there is no right or wrong. Everyone has to find their diet. I'm not for going carnivore or eating meat. But i think in the world we live in some people are meant to eat animals, because their consciousnesscan't go beyond ego driven desires.
Hopefully a lot more people become vegan or vegetarian since it raises the collective consciousness. Also Ex-Vegan(ism) is a trap in my opinion.

Yup exactly very true and not sure about the ex veganism ive noticed its a trend but maybe the people who go on those hardcore fruititarian and raw vegan for a bit do it unconsciously to cleanse the body of toxins then they can get back on the meat for balance? Idono im just throwing ideas out there. Thank for the comment!

@@nicholasprehn3376 Muscle can easily be built without meat. That is a myth. Plenty of strongmen, top world athletic performance, and world records by professional who do not eat meat.
