A couple of months ago I decided to take care of myself, I started eating healthy and I stopped drinking cola and consuming sugary products, I feel great since then. Thank you! Sooo good! Vishen, but what about all the other brands/products that go along with cocacola? Even though Coke might be the biggest one, what about fanta, sprite, nestea, etc??
Thanks for the straightforward message, Vishen. As a archetype-based brand strategist, the Coca-Cola phenomenon has intrigued me for a long time. It's important to understand that Coke's attraction works on an archetypal level in that the brand has managed to forge fortuitous connections at certain points in America's history (the Santa Claus connection, using soldiers to promote it during WW2) that paradoxically connect it to the Innocent archetypal energy which longs for simplicity and utopia. Through the clever use of sonic branding (jingles, theme songs, the sound of the product itself) and palpable visuals (sweating, thirsty human with a cold, sweating bottle of Coke), they are pushing the product through the lens of "Coke is life." This is further reflected by the taglines they have used. ("It's the Real Thing", "You Can't Beat the Feeling", "Taste the Feeling") Coca-Cola is selling you a utopian dream wrapped in soft drink packaging. The power of their brand messaging is such that a few years ago, I was sitting in a movie theater watching the pre-presentation commercials. The screen went black. In surround sound, you hear the sound of ice cubes falling into a glass, then the hiss and pop of a can of Coke being opened, then as the rush of the pour and fizz fills the air, the screen filled with a rising wall of Coke, super close up so you could see the bubbles and almost feel the fizz. It had been almost a decade since I stopped consuming carbonated beverages and I suddenly realized that I was salivating and could actually taste what I remembered Coca-Cola to be like. It was then I fully understood the power of their branding strategy (and was both awed and admittedly a little terrified.) Change will come when people understand the instinctual level at which Coca-Cola has hooked America's consumer culture and begin to wake up enough to peek behind the proverbial curtain and realize that the proverbial Wizard isn't as benevolent and all-powerful as his branding suggests. Information like your video above provides a stepping stone toward change for those who are trying to peer through the smoke and fog they have made an agreement with and now refer to as normal.

🥤Coke has been offering & selling an alternative product that is free of high fructose corn syrup and uses only natural sugar cane. It is called Coke "Life" (sold in a green can). It tastes just like regular coke without the dangers of the artificial sweeteners. Yes you can still gain weight or hurt your teeth, but it's called being an adult and like anything, only having it in moderation.
Really enjoyed this video - I’m researching gut health and it’s an interesting point about Coke messing with healthy gut , which should release good brain chemicals. I also wonder if the get kids addicted to it through the caffeine too?
Take Care of your body all you want. People have different opinions and is your life Tbh but I don't get why go out here and spread negativity in the company whereas it isn't like we consume it every other day. Having it once in A while is OK
It's like the general public has forgotten one of the original ingredients was cocaine. From cocaine to high fructose corn syrup. Now it's normal to have a "coke"addiction with all of the marketing with Santa Clause and Polar Bears......
I think it's not that bad if you drink it only occasionally. I, for example, buy a 500ml bottle of coke and then drink it over the period of one week - only a few sips per day.
Coca cola tastes good, But I don't drink it because the acid just makes it disgusting, I only taking sips of soda, But how much I drink of soda is barely much.
Like almost everything, Coke is fine in moderation. We are so quick to always blame “someone” else for our problems. CocaCola isn’t force feeding anyone 60oz a day just like McDonalds isn’t forcing Big Macs in your face.
The product itself is not the problem, it's ok to treat yourself to an ice-cold Coca-Cola once in a while as a treat. It's the way they market Coca-Cola as something to be dranken regularly that's the problem.
I drank coca cola all the time as a kid and young teen, often a huge bottle a day. Then at 15 I read about how unhealthy it is and I never touched it again XD
My Indian brother. Thanks for taking the time to make this. Just wanted to give you a heads up that others have uploaded your video to RUclips. Not sure if monetized or if you care but thought I would let you know. Keep up the good work. Your video was forwarded . Subscribing now
Funny fact. BAT and Coka Cola are in their commercial peak in my country, Uzbekistan. Like mine, many other developing countries are yet to understand what you American consumers have understood.
I hope The future of Coca Cola is brining back real coca alkaloids into the recipe, and lowering the sugar to maybe 10grams. I would say 20mg coca alkaloids to 10mg caffeine is a good ratio. That would actually be a really nice drink.
@@StarStar-ce3cy I just quit. every time I had the opportunity I would choose something else sweet like sprite and then after a while I stopped Softdrinks and realized that my skin would be better, less stomach pain due to reduced soda, less sugar less support of international crimes haha
I think stocks were plummeting after the competition of Pepsi came out. Coca-cola is still on top as the number 1 choice of pop produced till this day! Now other brands are partnered with and manufactured by/for coca-cola to mass produce more products under coca-cola company ...Read your labels on the food and drinks before purchasing I know Fanta, Minute Maid, Sprite, Powerade and some cereal brands are partnered with coca-cola so just a heads up! Just the same way Pepsi has partnered and manufactured by/for with brands under Pepsi ...As both pop Companies have ingredients that are bad for us and atticticting so we keep end up drinking it!!! Sugars are a Killer!!! Along with all the other additives!!!
I've been getting UTI each time I drink lots of coke as I noticed. I have finally decided to give it up since August 1, 2020. I already promised to myself not to drink any carbonated drink, flavored drinks etc. Other than water or coco water. Let's take care of our body everyone!

I am gonna share this.
Beloved? I don't know many people who even drink coke. It's disgusting.
thank you!
Looove this video and the massage!! So, so true. Sad, but true
Thanks for truth...:)(:

You will become big RUclipsr one day
Sir great work ur academy is doing with info and investigation. Needed more such eye-opening.
All I want to know is if it contains formaldehyde.....
Yeah drinking 39+ grams of liquid sugar is ok. Sugar isn't addicting at all
I stopped drinking coke cause it's so expensive now. £1.99 for 1.5 liters.
The product itself is not the problem, it's ok to treat yourself to an ice-cold Coca-Cola once in a while as a treat. It's the way they market Coca-Cola as something to be dranken regularly that's the problem.
So, 7-up is okay?
Or fruit juice that has 0,01% of the actual fruit? That is better?
It's not just Coca Cola.
I drank coca cola all the time as a kid and young teen, often a huge bottle a day. Then at 15 I read about how unhealthy it is and I never touched it again XD
I will never quit drinking it. Don’t be against Coke! I just love it too much.
Love you man!
Never forget birds of a feather flock together
I hope The future of Coca Cola is brining back real coca alkaloids into the recipe, and lowering the sugar to maybe 10grams. I would say 20mg coca alkaloids to 10mg caffeine is a good ratio. That would actually be a really nice drink.
Where can I find more about this man?
On his channel
Mindvalley.
Great work 🙏💯
i literary love the easiness of what you say! I l stopped drinking for a month and am not planning to go back to drink it.
How you did it?? Any suggestions to stop drinking cola
@@StarStar-ce3cy I just quit. every time I had the opportunity I would choose something else sweet like sprite and then after a while I stopped Softdrinks and realized that my skin would be better, less stomach pain due to reduced soda, less sugar less support of international crimes haha
@@abrarohu8914 I can't have meals without cola.. And it's really hard for me to quit.
Thank you shared 🌠💫🌠🌠💫
I liked this videos.... Thank you man .. we learned from you . Never drink coca. Cola again....
If you don't want your kids to drink it, don't put it in your cart, don't bring it home. Your responsibility starts at the cart and eating out.
I stopped drinking soft drinks, mainly Coca Cola for a year now and never going back
For me they send too much money to the comminusts in DC.
Just finished my 1l coke before the video. Now I miss it even more.
Gotta go to my shop...
I've been getting UTI each time I drink lots of coke as I noticed.
I have finally decided to give it up since August 1, 2020. I already promised to myself not to drink any carbonated drink, flavored drinks etc. Other than water or coco water.
Let's take care of our body everyone!
Boycotting CocaCola!
