What we do for our kids. This is so familiar. What a great way to start the morning. You guys absolutely have best videos. Just can’t watch them without smiling. Thank you so much! Hope you guys have a wonderful day!
She is so beautiful. physically and just as an amazing person. Both of you are awesome and it’s so cool to do what you did for your daughter. Be safe and be blessed.
We try to stay off the main streets as it gets too noisy and the van shakes when vehicles go by. We don’t turn on the generator or ac, as it draws attention in a quieter neighborhood. Also watch out for parking restrictions on the street you park. Also I like the shades and my wife thinks curtains are better and curtains have won out😊
@@n_nagar Yep, the van shakes when big trucks drive by. Good thing I am a very deep sleeper so didn’t feel a thing but my husband is a light sleeper so he felt the shakes. Lol
How fun! I don't think we could ever do that with our trailer - benefits of a Van for sure! Nice you were able to find something so close to her. We visit our daughter up at UCI but it's more of a planned exercise and we have to stay at a campground - can't do it on the stealth like you guys did. Great content - thanks for sharing!
Yep, very busy street. We didn’t want her to walk far at night time to look for us in one of those small street. Next time we would plan better and find a smaller side street.
You guys are an awesome couple. Love watching your videos. I have a Mercedes Airstream also and love it. Which is weird for someone like me becuase The types of vehicles that my company builds are crazy armored 4x4 and 6x6 military overland campers. So the Airstream is extremely toned down for someone like me, but they truly are amazing vans. If you ever get a chance check out Deep 6 Motors. That's my company. Cheers!
Thank you so much for watching. 🤗Those overland campers look amazing and massive compared to the glamping Airstream camper vans. Do you also have one of those overland camper? Have to show your company to our son. 😂
@@BamBamRVAdventures Thank you so much. Yes,... Every single one of those Overland campers were at one point in time my personal overland campers. It started off as a hobby, and then I just started selling them when I got too many of them. Right now I have two Unimogs for sale. But yes every single one of them so far has been my personal camper. Lol
After watching several of your videos, I am curious …. If doing it again, would you prefer the extra space of your sister-in-laws 24 GT or would you stay with the 19 assuming the extra money was not a consideration. The nimbleness of the 19 is attractive, but the 24 GT does have a lot more space.
We love the nimbleness of the AI19 since we are not used to driving big trucks or backing up. My brother had big truck before and towed a boat so maneuvering his GL24 is not a problem for him. He did mention that he sometimes wishes he could park in a regular parking space. 🤗 We are pretty minimalist so we found that we don’t need to bring that many stuffs on the trips.
You two are adorable and lovely as always! I’m really curious about stealth camping in SoCal but I’m a bit concerned over the homeless risk etc.. I suppose if you choose your areas carefully, it should be fine. It’s probably a good idea to keep a firearm/pepper spray in the RV in the unlikely event that you’d need it. Just like most keep a fire extinguisher clipped to an RV.
Thank you for your kind words. 🤗 We also have pepper spray in the van just in case we need it. I would not be comfortable parking in some unsafe areas either. We just need to find a nice apartment areas. 😂
@@BamBamRVAdventures Yeah exactly! Well you always bring good vibes. It’s just that stealth camping can be such a benefit to Vanlife, kind of akin to taking the train off the tracks. I think it would be a pretty nice niche if you showed more of it but at the same time there’s a bit of risk and pushback and we don’t want edgy types piling into neighborhoods and causing problems. Maybe you need to start a private channel for well behaved van lifers 😂🤗
@@BamBamRVAdventures Haha yeah the next generation has become a bit boring and well, if everyone were like you two, we’d have a happy and safe country. Safe and fun travels! 🤗
@@johnyee9688 Hi John, thank you for watching! Our baby daughter turns 20 so not too baby anymore. Now Pebbles is our baby. Lol. We bought our first class B RV Roadtrek SRT in Dec 2020 but sold it to our friend in May 2021 while waiting for our 2022 Airstream. We picked up this RV the end of Oct 22. Never had any experience in RVing before so lots to learn as we go. 🤗

Have a great day 🤗
Thank you so much, Doug.
That nighttime face routine explains why she is so beautiful. Lucky man !
Aww…thank you for your kind words! 😍
So happy to see another video! I'm watching it now. Thank you! Love the stealth camping!
Thanks for watching 🤗First time stealth camping was a success for us! Lol

I look forward to every video you do. Good job!
Thank you for watching Susan. That is very nice of you… 🤗
We stayed the same way around Coronado beach 😊. We have been stealth camping so many times that we are quite comfortable with it 😊
Do you have any tips regarding stealth camping? We will try to stealth camp around Coronado Beach next time we visit our daughter. 🤗

Also watch out for parking restrictions on the street you park. Also I like the shades and my wife thinks curtains are better and curtains have won out😊

Yes i only stealth camp one for last 4 rear , i like the part how you drink coffee , my boy do same that dentist trick.
Hahahaha…I know, my husband still protests that trick once in a while. 😂
Pebbles is a gorgeous fur baby nice 👍 van 🚐 I prefer stealth 🥷 camping
My kids live around in that area also. There are plenty of side streets. That street you've picked is too busy. Especially, you are near the mall too.

I live in Penang , Malaysia and I can hear you from here, I’m calling the police 😂😂😂😂
Oops…we better be quiet 🤫😂😂😂😂
You found a great place to stealth urban overnight. Most rvers go way out of the way to remote streets or parking lots. Thanks.
Thank you for watching. It was noisy but safe and convenient for our purpose. Lol

Hi guys, where did you buy the A/C cover to muffle the sound?
Hi Peter, we replaced with a new Houghton AC that is very quiet compared to the original one that came with the van.
@@BamBamRVAdventures Thank you
We look for apt and we just park late and leave early no one knows lol
Yep, Apartment in a good neighborhood is good place to park and sleep overnight. 🤗
That still can invite some body to break in just thinking about what they could steal or what's in side.
That’s true….So I wonder what can we do to decrease the risk of break in?
You should keep your eyes on the road instead of looking at the camera all the time
Thank you for watching Elizabeth 🤗
Maybe we just draw the blind behind the seats to be less conspicuous?……..he completes ignores her and keeps putting up window shade 🙄
Thank you for watching 🤗We had all the shades down.
The homeless garbage has screwed up steal camping for RVs, so many bans and fines now and when you leave they break in good luck
Yes, that’s why we were afraid of stealth camping and always camped at a campground to feel safe.
Just came across your channel. 1st Asian RV channel. Happy birthday to your daughter. Cute puppy!!!! How long you guys being RV-ing?
