That's because issue gear sucks and SOPs are easy to get around. Invest in gear, especially if you're a grunt. I spent 12 years between 2/75 and 1/505. Buy a decent ruck and wear your shit everywhere.

Holy shit I had no idea that the JTAC adapter existed until now. Thanks for the knowledge drop on the video. Just started running the crye airlite chest rig for work and now its gonna be super nice to have admins space nice and high.
Man your channel is so hard to find, the only time I've stumbled upon it in 6-7 years was looking for a repro airlight harness review :( . I remember posting on the forums with you way back when and drooling over your setups. Subbed. I love these replicas for just trying stuff out and I know how to sew if they fall apart.

Set mine up similarly. Surus Recce with a Longship adapter for a FlipLite, with a pack on the back. Comfortable, relatively affordable, and excellent quality for purpose.

Noice.. Aliexpress sure has got some neat stuff. Have you checked if they glow under IR/Nods? I’ve heard mixed things about china gear
most of the multicam used will never glow under IR/Nods, not the TMC, neither the Emerson gear or PEW Tactical stuff, as they use original multicam... There are other brands using printed fabric that might glow, but those are noticeable even in the aliexpress pictures
