Thanks for providing this! I'm teaching 7th grade math during summer school to kids who HATE math. ALL of the math I'm teaching will be based on the daily operation of a food truck. Your video is going to be my "hook" to get them interested in the process. =) Tom

Love! I'm from the Bay Area in California and the food truck culture here is banging! But I also go to college in Boston, so it's pretty cool to connect my summer job at home as part of a food truck to the quickly escalating food truck culture in Boston. Can't wait until I return in the fall!

This is incredible. I live in Hanover, but have a big idea to try and get a NC BBQ food truck rolling around Boston in the next few years. Doing some ground work - would love to connect with you or some of your connections from here. Roxy's is my favorite.
For now I'm sticking with popup tent lemonade business. I see the food truckers here in Atlanta and they look so exhausted. That everyday grind can't be good.

My lord, I was thinking about getting a food truck but never knew it was going to be chaotic like this.
I assume you dont cook professionally. This is the day in the life of your average line cook only with addional responsibilities that come with having a kitchen on wheels.

One of my jobs is Burger King and we do food trades with little caesars.. I don't think the owners would appreciate stealing all of that food from both sides, but hey. I am not the owner.

Nope, food trucks are busier than ever just because you cant sit in a restaurant these days anyway.
Food Truck Woes in Snow :( Take the waste and make compost very environmental. More respect because it is a Boston winter. The Chinese Restaurant in Littleton NH is owned by a FONG. Are you related? I "LOVED" Food Trades when I worked in the Restaurant, but a Food Truck is a better trade.
I am Sri Lankan, I am doing tourism in a pedi restaurant now business is low and it is difficult to even get the rent. I would like to buy a food vehicle like a caravan but it costs a lot of money. There is no one to help me. Can you help me? It is a big favor to take money from you. This is a humanitarian request. God help me.
Beautifully made, great cinematography amazing editing, all that, but I found it a little boring beyond the food porn aspect. Not that there's anything wrong with porn, or food, or whatever, just saying.
I'm not a film maker or a writer or anything, but it just felt sort of stale, like it lacks drive and spine. I think finding a complete continued not abstract story within this world, would've made it so much more compelling.
As it is now, it's like Taxi Driver the Food Edition, only without a Travis...

Madam Smellypits Nothing wrong with aliens and space marines, but for some odd reason I feel that would've been out of place. Just a tad.
