🙏 thank you sir .very precisely explained. I was trying to study microbes affecting sperm motility leading to infertility and comparison between bacterial motility and sperm motility . Very helpful video
sir i have question does sperm proxiaml centriole helps secondary oocyte in their metaphse 2 as secondary oocyte are arrested in metaphase 2 and after the fusion of sperm with secondary oocyte it completes it's metaphase . so does sperm centriole helps in this .
I have never heard of any role of centriole of sperm in resumption of metaphase of oocyte. If you have any reference that says so, please share. I will have a look.

It is very entertaining
Sir how 9+0 arrangement of microtubules becomes 9+2, centriole do not have any microtubules in central part?
Yes, that's correct. Centrioles don't have central microtubules.
In microtubule originating complexes if the centriole is a "9+0" structure, then how does it give rise to cilia or flagella having a "9+2" structure?

Great questions by the way.
