I think my generally small ego (if we can say that about ourselves) makes me sociopathic, because I'm following my heart, not rules. But I'm also much better at socializing in that mode, and I feel this joy and warmth in my body, which I never really do when I'm living in my head. I have a lot of Leo and Gemini energy, which makes me bold, loud and very expressive sometimes. I think there are pros and cons with both heart and brain domination, but for me personally, being in my head for too long is really bad for my mental health. I that it's actually one of the root causes to psychiatric illnesses, because too much mental processing also causes inflammation in our brains. Good video bro! Youre not only wise, you're also good looking, and you voice is pleasant to listen at.👍😊
To understand my answer to your question it will help to allow for the possibility (as an hypothesis) that life is but a dream. We all are very familiar with dreams. In each and every dream we make the same mistake: we identify with the person and regard the rest as other(s). Each time it takes awakening to (be able to) realize our mistake: we weren't just the person, we were the whole dream, all of it. The illusion of being a person is what makes a nightmare frightening. After awakening (having left the personal perspective) you realize you are consciousness. Any dream appears in consciousness, is perceived by consciousness and consists of nothing but consciousness. 'Who are you really?' is a question asked from a personal (and therefore erroneous) perspective. 'What are you?' is the correct question and the answer is: consciousness. Consciousness is all there is. As in any dream. Realize your essential nature by awakening into the dream called life.

This is actually one of the most impactful things I’ve ever heard…
I think therefore I am is a lie 🤯
You are brahman. The one and only truth. However, perfectly illusioned by Maya (haha, I sound so Hindu saying this). Great video.
Hahaha the Hindus are definitely way ahead of our times :)
