Very well explained. I’m 31 and I wish I had learned these lessons a lot sooner and watched videos about emotional intelligence and maturity when I was in high school and/or college. It took a lot of time, Emotional processing, pain, and therapy to get to the other side. Managing emotions, setting clear boundaries, setting expectations correctly is absolutely essential.
