I totally understand you ladies. I’m not sure if you failed and you’re doing this by anger, but you have to understand that the program is very hard myself did not do well in a semester, but I got myself back up and I did it and became a dental hygienists. Doing this because you’re angry that you didn’t pass not OK. You have to put the work like everybody else has.

My grow up moment was at a secretarial school where the typing class instructor bragged about having 3 daughters, and insinuating that to make them more successful one of the things she did for them was dye their hair blonde once they reached high school.
Another thing she did during my 18 months there was to fail all the Black students (10/25) in order to make us all pay the 1800 fee to retake her typing 101 class, although we were equally on par with the rest of the class. I was the only one who complained, so I didn't have to retake that course. The other girls were too afraid to speak up for themselves.
It was my 19 yo, grown up, welcome to America moment 1988.
BTW: I grew up in a suburb/college neighborhood in Baltimore where everyone from the school superintendent, doctors, dentists, police chief, teachers, coaches, lifeguards, firemen were all AA.
So, that experience with white supremacy at age 19 was eye opening and a turning point to how I see America from then on. It's grown, but not pretty.
