So what did you do with the steaks after cooking in broth?
You went from boiling to pulling them out of the oven
Can you please provide the complete process ?

Yes that's exactly what I was wondering. My mum use to flour them then fry them.

ty i need to try this with wheat gluten used to make it from washing flour but much too messy
