Excellent video. I was able to change the USB connector in less than 5 minutes. You have to be careful when removing the center console with the short cables. Especially with the fiber optic cable that lights up the cup holder and with the specific USB connector. I had to use a fine tool to get it off. nothing complicated.. just be careful.
I have a 2018 W213. And I was able to get the 4 screws out. But the console seems to be held by something. Pulling it up does not remove it. Any suggestions please?
I have an imported w213 from germany, does this procedure help with disabling the lte module and then I can connect it with mobile hotspot to thd internet ? Or there will be extra procedure ?
I can confirm it's like on the video. And the same prodecure applies to E 350 e. It just doesn't come off easily, you need to use a bit of pulling force. I recommend to pull somewhere in the middle of the console, instead of just at the place with the screws.

When you removed the lower console (the shiny black area with comand controller) could you move the parking pilot button from one side to the other?
Is there any technics for unplugging the connectors? It’s really tight and I cannot unplug them.
