Good day. In this video we will program a new smart key made by KD-X2 machine. We will make a dealer key in the Autel IM608, then program it to the car. Sorry for the choppy video as i actually need both hands for this car. Enjoy

Great video ! I just tried this on my MK7 with an autel smart key and it didn’t work. It successfully learns the keys then fails immediately at the end. I’m going to try a Xhorse smart key next.

Does this method and equipment work with MQB49/ 5C models?

Only up to 2017 models are supported. I have tried 5C models but cannot get past the security. Maybe in some countries it will work, but not in European countries.

Need your advice on 2019 Polo 1,6 sedan, tried to add a key (MQB48) but failed. I'm new to key programming but succesfully did other ID48 with no problem. Tried guided and expert mode on my new IM608 Pro 2 with WiFi connected and VCI connected by USB but still failed everytime when reading immo data reached about 80%
