Yes I do use gold and silver gouache and they work just as well as any other colour. The only problem I've encountered is keeping the metallic look after sealed, similarly to keeping the shimmer sparkly.
This came back in my recommended feed and it brought back memories. I was around 11 when I fell in love with BJD customs and I remember watching your videos being fascinated 💕
Yes I always use gouache with my airbrush, because it is easier to clean and I can remove it with water if I make any mistakes. I dilute it with tap water. I always use max pressure available on my compressor (currently 50psi).
I love how much work you put into painting and making everything you paint come to life, it makes me want to start drawing and painting, so thank you :)
A yrie or a nor is one of my absolute dream dolls ;v; i really enjoyed watching this! I hope that if I even get one myself someday, you could blush him for me! I love your work! *u*
Ive seen all your videos. Youre really talented. I know I couldn't do this. I love all your face up videos. The dolls are so adorable when youre finished.
I really need an airbrush. I want to body blush one of my dolls bodies but it'll take to long and if you're not careful the blush don't look that even on big surfaces. Thanks a lot for showing this. I jump on my chair whenever I see you posted a new video =)
It is beautiful! The yellow and orange inks are gouache? Do you dilute them with water or alcohol? What pressure do you use for the airbrush? I heard that the good is less than 15psi. I've tried to use the gouache on a resin junk cast but it didn't workd well. I didn't used the MSC matte though, I think this was the problem, or the solvent, or the expired ink, or maybe everything together! XD
I was wondering what kind of air compressor you use with your airbrush and if your compressor have a tank attached to it? This information will be very useful to me because I am planning on buying a Airbrush set up for my own BJDS and to help out my friends with their fantasy doll parts! I really love your videos!
Thank you very much for answering! OMG 50 psi? I've tried less than 15 psi because it was what I get for painting kits (such as cars and planes) with an airbrush. I will try an upper pressure! Have you tried to use metallic gouache on the airbrush? I saw a gold gouache paint that has the most beautiful gold coloration I ever seen in a paint. I guess I will buy this to try out X3 Thank you very much again!
Oh my! Such pretty wings! I love the face-ups you do, they're just all so beautiful! Do you mind telling me where you bought those specific wings in this video?
+Dane it is totally worth the effort though :) If you are new in the hobby i highly suggest joining a forum like Den of Angels where you can find all the help and support if you are new.
+Toby Will there are many doll companies out there, I suggest taking a look at my Doll Frequently Asked Questions linked in the description, you will find all the info there. Otherwise I always show the brand and type of doll at the beginning of my videos.
Acid The Dutchie Her client probably got it somewhere online, also I would like to point out that Nicolles client doesnt have to be a female as literally anyone can have an interest in this hobby, males, females, and even perhaps non-binary people.

awwww time flies :) Thanks for watching!
I do not use glitter with my airbrush. I only apply some with a regular brush at the very end before I seal everything for the very last time.
