- In this long vlog, we try out Roast Path a new roasting software for coffee roasters. I am currently beta-testing this software on a PC tablet with a 1kg Mill City Roaster at home. Thank you Mill City!
I'll be roasting 5 batches today with green from Honduras, Guatemala, and Colombia all washed coffees.

Well after watching I decided to try it. Like you I've been using Artisan on a North 500g though. Great video.
I appreciate you vlogging through the learning process. When you use this software are you able to simply load it up for future batches of the same bean and have the computer control your roast or is it meant as more of a guide?

So I bought the 1kg, may I ask what did you get and do for the exhaust? I will literally be doing the same setup as you by putting it on a table with wheels and aiming it out of my garage door.
I know you’re video is a year old so I hope you see my comment. I’m a new roaster using a surface book 7, which I understand you have. I also have a mill city 2k, manual not digital. Do i need a usb to usb to allow roast path to read the data from the thermocouple? Or is there some kinda special cable I need?
