    Derek is roasting a Costa Rica White Honey for the upcoming Roasting 101 class "Saturday Coffee". He created this roast profile in the 500g and is transferring it to the 6kg using only phase events.     It would be cool if you could show us some automation and you set it up.
    For example: before the roast started you had already decided the soak time and at what level the gas would go to. Could you set it ip so the software does that for you?
