- Even though Tim Hardaway skipped the previous season because of a knee injury, he hasn't lost a step. Now relying more on his jumpshot, Hardaway knocks down 5 threes (2 of them during the last minutes of the game) and hands out 10 assists. December 29, 1994.
tim hardaway in golden state was a monster
In MIA too
Kenny wasn't on Timmys level.... Most under rated of all the great point guards. Hardaway was bananas....
Yeah True some-what, But Kenny Smith had a finals records in 1995 with 7 three-pointers in thee finals that year. G0 K.$.
At this time Tim was the Best POINT GUARD in the history of Point Guards. He was Unstoppable....
That Warriors team with Hardaway, Sprewell, Mullin and Gugliotta was fun to watch.
dont forget about tim......top pgs of da game
Real crossover, no carrying needed. Best handle, I think ever.
I'd say best crossover ever, best handle is Kyrie no question.
Isiah had a better handle but Tim was nasty also. You're right about carries made famous by Iverson and beyond
Do you have any footage of him playing Stockton and the Jazz?
The short lived backcourt of Spree and Hardaway will always be my personal fave. KJ and Hornacek close second.
Tim was a better 3pt. shooter when they played at Golden State. Mullin shot 40% or better with Indiana, while Tim was a consistent 34-37% from 3pt. with both GS and Miami
did tim really have a knock down jumper because in 2k his 3 pt shot is rated 92. 2k is very accurate with their ratings but they have chris mullin at 85 3pt. Excuse my ignorance but was tims shot better then chris mullins?
I respect AI 1 on 1 talent. and his physical gifts of Speed and toughness but as a basketball player in the sense of team play? I would not want him in the same state as the team I root for.
6ft guards that had success? Isiah, Stockton even Chris Paul now. You would definitely take all those guys on your team before Iverson. Iverson would abuse 2 of those 3 (not Isiah, there would be a fist fight if they played) but you don't get wins crossing people up, bitching and shooting 40%
Haaaaa, amen to that.
Warriors had Mullins, Hardaway and Mitch Richmond.
Then they had Mullins, Hardaway, Sprewell
Then Mullins, Sprewell and Chris Webber...
How the fuck do you let all that talent get away from you?
Kenny!!....where u goin, kenny?!
0:11 reminds me of NBA Jam
Iverson was legit park ball bullshit carry
