    Ingredients:
    *a bunch of asparagus (10 units)
    *1/2 of green zucchini
    *1 sweet pepper
    *1/2 cup (118 ml) of sunflower seeds
    *1 cup (235 ml) of boiled chickpeas
    *2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
    *a pinch of salt
    *1 tsp of ground cumin seeds
