If the combustion fan never turns on and the unit immediately goes into a two flash code you may have an open circuit in the gas valve or a loose wire on the gas valve. Check the wires connected to the gas valve for a secure connection.
@@Allpartsinc. Yes the 4 flashes code. I tested the sensors and they were all working. The flue gas blower starts, the gas valve opens, the flame ignites, and then the fan never kicks on. After a few minutes, the burners turned off from a high temperature alert, and then I get four flashes on the board.
@@st3v3stich Typically this happens from a bad control board not sending power to the blower fan, but the board needs to have the signal sent from the flame sensor telling the board that there is sustained flame and a call for the blower fan to come on. Most people in this case choose replace both the control board and the flame sensor.

I have power to the furnace just as you showed, but nothing is happening. The operation light never turns on. Fuse is good and I replaced the transformer. Any ideas?

Could be a gas valve or the orfices maybe obstructed or a build up of carbon in the burner at the screens inside the burners. I blew mine out with the air compressor at 50 psi and we now have heat again for 2 days. You can call tech support at the manufacturer and get help as well. There number can be found in the operators manual! Hope this helps!

Exactly my thoughts. 2 flash code and showed absolutely nothing to fix but yet other codes where showed, pointless video.
