Kasumi is underrated. She's just super nice and supportive, which stands out even more in a game where 2/3 of squadmates are renegade. Also "Jacob is one of the good ones." Pfffffhahaha XD

since neither see eachother until the apartment party they dont have much oppertunity to bring it up. and who would play jacobs romance all the way to the citadel dlc? who dates humans in mass effect? your best option is garrus for femshep and tali for male shep since theyre in all three games and the achievement for dating in all three games is easiest through them. as the virmire survivor drops you in game two liara doesnt trigger the second games romance achievement and everyone else is two onward or 3 exclusively. making your Shepard have to hop around otherwise.
Unrelated but in my last playthrough I forgot to do her loyalty mission before the suicide mission and she died holding the line... I liked though how if she's dead in ME 3 Shepard tells the Salarian spectre in that side quest on the citadel that Kasumi wasn't just a thief but a hero.

It’s messed up because he was an okay guy in Me2 but whoever wrote him into being *THAT* needs to step on an entire LEGO set 😭

I’ve enjoyed the Mass Effect games, and I really wish Kasumi had been a “main” character, rather than a side/secondary companion. Also, looking at Kasumi’s voice actress’ bio, I am surprised she hasn’t been featured in more recent games. She’s excellent at her work.

It depends on when/how you break up with them. For example, Tali will get angry at Shepard if you tell her you want to break up because the mission is too important but you're actually with Jack/Miranda. Yeah, if you 'commit' to being interested in one character, this is generally shown by close-up dialogue scenes. The same dialogue comes up when you talk to them and there is usually a "yes i'm still interested" for you stay and an "nevermind, no i'm not" for you to break it off so you can start a romance with someone else. i LOVE starting something with Jacob and then breaking it off because he throws a glorious tantrum.
