    If you don’t have the wrap around the elbow it isn’t doing anything other than blood flow restriction, maybe.

    Wrong…. You wrap the forearm first, covering 75% of the elbow with the first wrap… and then go up towards the bicep.
    Only wrapping the bottom 16th of your bicep. You’re going to cut off circulation wrapping it higher on the bicep.
