lol I just built a 60ah 12v pack using 48 of the 5000mah cells from batteryhookup. Has consistently tested at 70ah @ 0.2c discharge. Was so thrilled with the build that I ordered another 16 cells to build exactly what you've created in the same Apache case. Determined that I could fit a 24 cell pack and fit the BMS in the lid recess, but there'd be absolutely no way to install panel mount connectors of any type. Good project, happy I found the video. I'm stumped on how to secure the 48 cell pack in its tool box, and the upcoming 16 cell pack. Has been a lot easier with my prismatic builds but I haven't had to worry about spot welds popping off with those.

Great video. Do you have any other videos showing how you mounted the XT60's to your template plate?
In the Part 2 video it does show the back of the front panel where they are mounted but it is already inside of the panel. Are you looking for a 3d design/print video with them being mounted into there?
why to mount a fragile touch screen if you got an app phone? the touch screen do not work the same time time than bluetooth and you know it stops working after a short delay if you dont charge or discharge. Is too fragile to handel with the case.
The box was built for testing the new Daly Smart BMS, Screen and the Battery hookup 32650's for possible use in a camper. Since I had the stuff for testing might as well use it for something. As far as it being "fragile" if you treat it like anything else that has a screen, aka your cell phone, it is completely fine, I do not have any intention to use this as a rugged device. What is the name of the screen? Can it be used on any BMS or just Daley?

Are you able to change parameters with the screen? I have a 250A 4S Daly with the screen, and I can only change parameters with the Sinowealth software.
Unfortunately, no. I haven't gotten the screen to take a password to change any of the settings (If that is even the issue), I've seen one other video showing the password entered was 123456 and some other information online saying that the password should be 123456, but doesn't work for mine, I've attempted a ton of other combinations too, but no luck.
@@TodaysProject I don't know if that's an issue. I don't think there's a place to enter a password (tell me if I'm wrong). I think the only place a password is needed is when using an Android or IOS app with the Bluetooth module. I can change settings using the Sinowealth program and a USB to UART into the 3 pin monitor port on my BMS. The 3 pin port apparently speaks a different language than the 4 or 6 pin port used by the touchscreen or Bluetooth module. I can connect only with the Sinowealth program to the 3 pin port, or I can connect with the Daly PC Master software to the other UART port but I can't change settings. I also only get intermittent communication to the touchscreen after I wake the BMS from sleep. Does your BMS act the same way?
