Martyr's effect kicks in at 20% health, not 10%. It's not cheap, but considering the mention of the Diver Suit from Far Harbor, the Recon Marine Left Arm you can buy from Kane at the Nucleus also has the Martyr's effect. The Scribe is not an easy vendor to recruit, you need a base settler population of 10 to recruit him, lvl 2 of both Cap Collector and Local Leader to build an Armor Shop for him, and he's an extremely rare random encounter...which becomes even more rare if you start Mechanical Menace since the majority of your encounters become Rust Devil spawns. Vault-Tec Rep on the other hand has no pre-req, just gotta build him a shop.
Plus Nerd Rage does the same thing with more bonuses iirc. And you can wear freely whatever you want. It's a life saver on Survival along with Stim legendary armor piece. And a couple with the gradually increasing resistance the lower your health gets

To help save everyones sanity, Im going to recommend you just use the trashcan glitch to get the free fall legs. After dozens of attempts and my entire stash of jet and quantum nuka cola I did the glitch and got them on my 3rd try.

Do the wall glitch by grabbing an object/gun by holding X on PS or A on XBOX and walk back against the walls and you should just shoot straight up. P.S. It may take a couple of tries so don't get discouraged, also quicksave before doing this fun lil trick it can be a bugger sometimes 😂
No offense but the diver suit sux, you can spare ONE little perk point to get aqua boy/girl perk, when you’re strong enough in the game to finish far harbor quests, I think you must have already get this perk, because crossing through water to get to a undiscovered location is so crucial…

It’s best to look up a guide for it you use a jet back to fly up inside of the building to a room where it’s at
You can also pop by during the mission where you get the thing for liberty prime if your going the BOS route
