Thanks Chris! I always have a rod rigged with this jig now. I do notice they catch finicky fish a little better.

@@TTangOutdoors yes you do, big waters and few people make for great fisheries. Keep on fishing, it is one of the few addictive things that are good for you.

Hey yo we going a walleye jackets derby an there is 10 dollar side bet for biggest perch this weekend in burgess lake northern Saskatchewan. My wife won smallest jackets last weekend in Nambian lake jackfish derby so much fun

Derbies are fun! I've actually only been to one, the Montreal Lake fishing derby. The guy beside me caught the biggest pike and got 20k. I, on the other hand, donated 200 bucks😂

Hey man what are of the lake?? We’re having a tough time out here.. any tips?? Thank you !

I'm not very experienced fisherman as I don't put in enough time on this lake. We just found this point on LML on Pelican Point and started fishing. This was a year ago. I was there yesterday and didn't catch any walleye. All small perch and ciscos. But one tip I can give is fishing that 40m before and after sunset. That's when the walleye turns on.

@@mathieuchateauneuf3670 oh yeah I understand. I'd say watch videos of local content and join Facebook groups can give you more insights. My buddy also has a channel for local fishing content: Lu Ran Outdoors, you can check it out.
