As I await delivery of my 2023 Outlander GT-P I am going through many of your videos to learn the features and functions that I will have. I appreciate you and your contribution to the world community of Mitsubishi owners and those looking to learn about the vehicles as part of research. Thanks again for a well made informative video.
Yeah it'd be a massive improvement to be able to use your phone's navigation instead of the onboard one. Nobody on earth uses the onboard nav in cars so I truly wish they'd stop including it and charging for it. Not a massive deal in terms of the car in general, it's easy enough to glance over at the screen when using Google Maps, but it's a bit of a drag. That being said, having a HUD option at all is awesome and even if I just use it for displaying the radio (wish that had been demo'd here, seems like it would have been super easy to turn the radio on for like 30 seconds and film it, but I digress) and speed info, that's pretty great.
Greetings from southern Ontario Canada I really enjoyed the video my sister lives in surrey bc and she's considering the mitsubishi outlander phev but the HUD is only available on a certain model why is that?
@@nunosapunso6239 thanks. I can't find any "SEL touring" in the US. That's what I am looking for but nothing comes up in my search. A lot of SEL but not SEL touring.
@@medicalcareer5463 Most if not all US dealers advertise them as just SEL but you can tell by the pricing is with Touring package if they around $37k - $39K. Only Touring come with Bose stereo and HUD.
Hey, Mr. Mitsubishi. Thanks for the great content. Is there a way of unlocking all doors when pressing the button on the driver side door? I can't find a way of doing that. Thanks.
@@mr.mitsubishi Ah, yeah. That I know. I was wondering if there was a configuration for that. In my old 2019 Civic there was a configuration where you would chose to open only the driver door when unlocking through the keyless entry or for all the passengers. I could not find such config on the outlander which is not a big deal but kinda disappointing. Thanks for the reply.
@@barrythomson8770 I found the configuration. Under car settings -> locking there is an option selective unlocking. When it's enabled only the driver door will unlock. If you disable that, all 4 doors will unlock when the door handle button is pressed. 😁

i am curious to know if the 2022 or 2023 phev outlander will have the HUD?
The 2023 PHEV will have. 2022 is still the old body style, doesn't have the HUD.
@@mr.mitsubishi great thanks

Where are your settings for the head up display?
I have the SEL Launch Edition. The HD doesn't show the routes when using Maps from Android Auto 😏
I wish it would show it but no.. For route guidance to work you have to use build in Tom Tom navigation.
Could you make a video when digital cluster has full map view and also if you have an option to zoon in and out on digital cluster display (12 inch)
Hey Mr. Mits..Please can you make a video on how to reset the trip odo. Thanks
Here, I made a video on it: ruclips.net/video/457kcFcuKZw/видео.html

does 2023 SEL has this function?
No only the GT
Is there a way to install the head up display on PHEV Sport?
No, it's factory installed.
Hi just wanted to ask is the head up display support apple car play please ?
No.. Only works with factory build in Tom Tom navigation.
@@mr.mitsubishi thanks you
Do you know if the US models have the same features? Do you know what is the top of the line trim in the US?
Yes, they do. I believe SEL (SEL Launch edition) is top model for US.
US SEL w/ Touring package will have HUD
