Hi Stewy! Thanks for watching our video! Usually boats can't cross the sandbar, maybe on really high tide. But always a risky thing to do...I guess luckily no one has encountered that marker on high tide. Putting the flags would help not hitting it in the future. Thanks Bro! Peace from the Keys!

Looks nerve wracking with just two boats tied up. Perhaps talk to the facility manager or owner. Maybe they can come up with rules about boat placement when dropping off. I am sure you're not the first guy to have this issue there with that long back up.
