Airbus began manufacturing the A220 in the U.S. during 2019, with the first team of A220 production workers - who performed on-the-job training in Mirabel, Canada at the A220 primary final assembly line - starting work at Airbus’ Mobile, Alabama-based facility.
Airbus’ global reach and scale come together with Bombardier’s state-of-the-art jet aircraft in the A220 Family (formerly the C Series), now being produced in a partnership between Airbus and Bombardier.

Finally! An Airbus manufacturing video with reasonable fps where you can appreciate the detail! And 80's bubble synth pop too! 🙂🙂

Loved seeing my new A220 being assembled! The only thing is I ran short of money so couldn't get the seats installed or a paint job..but it's OK. I just threw a couple air mattresses inside and spray painted it primer gray (took 3000 cans of Rustoleum), but was cheaper than what they wanted to charge! Thanks Airbus! I love my A220! Named it Quagmire

Most successful Canadian design in history (as far as commercial airliners are concerned anyway) - special props to the Twin Otter and Beaver

Airbus put another tank on Boeing's lawn ... Why would any airline by a MAX (or even take delivery of one) when this superb new aircraft is available. And it so complements the A320 range.

a220 is much smaller, they don't even compete with one another unless a larger 220 is in the offing

Very nice video, but shitty music.
