Watched one of your videos a few days before my first triathlon in July. I took two main things away - plait my hair and that eating breakfast is part of the event and can’t be skipped (I struggle with food). Did both - loved it. Am doing another sprint triathlon and the traiiathlon relays this weekend! Loving your videos!
