Nice video! How do you manage to wrap all that chicken and other bits without the wrap breaking? I can never wrap it that tightly as it tears or breaks apart.

Great video which sums up race day perfectly! I raced aswell and had some of the exact same problems - Feeling sick throughout, stuff flying off the bike, stuck in congestion and walking that first hill! All worth it in the end. Well done on a great race 🙂

Great video, really enjoyed it, I have a couple of questions please? I train on a Wattbike: due to work commitments, what program are you using or is it “get on and ride” make adjustments to left/right side? Are training camps expensive? I’m looking at cutting weight slightly, Since taking up triathlon I’m only doing 3 full body weight sessions 5 x Swims 3 x Bike 5 x Runs I seem to be putting weight on lol I’m fuelling for working out, but the weights going on not off. Best of luck for the future 💪🏽

Can I just say, not that I like seeing people suffer, but I really prefer these more honest videos! Just makes me feel a bit less down on myself sometimes when my body doesn’t feel amazing or training seems like a big struggle. Keep it authentic and you will succeed on RUclips!
