    Nice video! How do you manage to wrap all that chicken and other bits without the wrap breaking? I can never wrap it that tightly as it tears or breaks apart.

      @@TheWeightliftingTriathlete thanks! I microwave the wrap for 30s first. Makes it a bit more stretchy! 🙌🏼😂😊

    Creatine in the porridge sounds crazy to me, but maybe just crazy enough to give it a go 😂

      It doesn't taste of anything 😊 I'd rather have it in my porridge or a smoothie than drink it with water 😖
