After a divorce and a total relocation these guys kept me going and reminded me, encouraged me and gave me some crazy memories. A band that properly takes my emotions digests my life throws it in the air and properly snashes it with me on board fekking lovely to hear from these guys again. Thankyou Razorlight for the tracks you all gave me. NEVER forgotten and remembered with a cheeky smile. I very much hope to hear you live. Whatever you have all got i don't know but it works. Its a bit bon jovie and i know you are all superstars.. keep the faith x
A car drove past me earlier with razorlight playing , and made me remember them and want to listen and what a quality band they were/are!... Made brilliant music , some real good tacks. Underrated in my opinion Anyone else still listening here in August 2020?? Eitherway im still a massive fan , just finished dancing round the kitchen to this song. Great Band , up there with the best !!
I was in 3rd grade in 2009. That Christmas my parents scraped every last penny to get my older brother an MP3 player. He lost it to me in a bet a few weeks later. Naturally, it was filled with his music and that's how I found this song. I listened to this every morning during my walk to school. Every time I need a nostalgia bomb I come here. Still hits
Went to Nottingham in January 2020 to see these in concert with Kaiser Chiefs. It was Razorlight that I really wanted to see and they didnt disappoint. Best thing about this year!
Razor light in the morning what a body of work absolute dedication to a track, the musical arrangement is just amazing the guitars excellent thank you razor light for blessing us with this track, now we need a track 2021 from you guys please
going back threw time you sometimes completely forget how epic this band was thank you razorlight for bringing me such amazing memories as a young boy 👍❤
is a track about youth, hedonism, and casual relationships. The first verse suggests a sense of disillusionment and boredom with the sameness of everything, but then the narrator recalls a recent night of pleasure and excitement, which is enough to keep them going. The pre-chorus encourages losing oneself in the moment, and the chorus reassures the listener that the morning will bring no regret. The second verse focuses more on the male lover character, who is depicted as a young and reckless musician. The repeated question at the end of the song suggests either a reluctance to commit to a particular lifestyle or the narrator's uncertain attitude towards it. Overall, the song can be interpreted as a commentary on the carefree and sometimes self-destructive behavior of young people, and the often temporary nature of their relationships and pursuits.
listen man if you want to go around asking people questions about comments they left 4 years ago then go ahead, just saying you *probably* won't get a response.
all I did was point out the absurdity of replying to a four year-old comment and expecting a response when you could have just as easily googled what you wanted to know. It wasn't meant to be malicious or negative, more of a joke than anything. Then you came by and, for some reason, decided to defend your ridiculous, time-ignorant decision. Again, I pointed out that it's been *four years*, not even stating an opinion this time, just a fact, a thing that is clearly written in little grey letters right there for you to read, and you come back... to call me a knob? And not even spell it correctly?? Jesus Christ Mickey boy pick your goddamn battles
Aww man the nostalgia... I remember i was in my early 20s when this came out, lots of stuff in this song described that phase of my life, smoking cigarettes all the time, being skinny as fuk, drinking and partying almost every Friday and Saturday till the sun comes up with party/drinking buddies, making out with random girls... Damn i want to go back in time..
Any fellow drummers out there have any idea what make and model that crash cymbal is,because i ****ing love it!......My hope and guess is that its a Paiste as some of there more expensive lines of cymbal are known and loved for there shimmering sustain.Any feedback would be much appreciated:)
People still do? Stop assuming that all music is a reflection of what is in the charts. Spend 5 minutes and look at local music venues or look at any festivals. Go out and listen to real music.
Just met the drummer in a. Pub in Borough London, really nice dude - bought me a carlsberg. Cheers razorlight
Razorlight sounds like a top chap.
Which pub?!
I'm more concerned about the carlsberg 🤷♂️

That guitar reminds me so much of the way Stuart Adamson of Big Country played!
How can this song have less than 1 million views?
9 years later and it only has 3.6 million. This song deserves at least 100. It’s so underrated
This used to be my favourite song when I was younger!
Same!
I was older when it was in charts but yes...its one of my favourites too.

This song ain't even ten years old. Haha
Back when people played their own instruments and could write a fucking good tune....
lol this was released during one of the worst moments in music history
People still do? Stop assuming that all music is a reflection of what is in the charts. Spend 5 minutes and look at local music venues or look at any festivals. Go out and listen to real music.
