the cognitive part wasn't researched enough, because B12 comes from bacteria and not animals, we humans used to get B12 from water and roots/root veggies because the soil also had B12 producing bacteria but now we don't drink natural water and the soil quality is degraded now, and the animals that people eat are also fed B12 supplements because they don't produce a lot of B12 either. And vegans don't only get their B12 from supplements but also from nutritional yeast, some kinds of mushrooms, tempeh, fortified food, nori etc.

@@Arjun080 agree in part of it... But there are many vegan ways to consume Vitamin b12 and Calcium... In my local language there are some foods but I don't know Hindi of those leaves... That's why I suggested Chicken and fish
Stamina improves with red meat & protein based diet though, that can't be disagreed. And don't forget non-veg includes all veg, all meat, & both mix irrespective of it's ratio diets, so not much problems if it's categorised as "non-veg".

There is a problem in creating this contrived competition between vegetarian and nonvegetarian diet. The presenter has completely obliterated mentioning the fact that a non vegetarian person does not eat only non vegetarian food. This is a specially so in a country like India which has got many cultures like the Bengali culture or the malayali culture where there is multifarious vegetarian and vegetable options which is part of the regular diet of every person what which also includes small portions of non vegetarian supplements like fish eggs or meat. In other words when the percentage of non vegetarian in the diet is moderated adequately then the Indian diet is perfectly suited and balanced because it gets you the benefit of both the vegetarian and the non vegetarian diet.

My Grandma was born 1913 - died 2016 age 103 , her hair never turn white colour when she died, since I was born she love very much, she was sharing me her life story , how she was struggle her life when 1and 2 world war and Vegetables Using of chemical, she didn't knew what science speak about life, Vegs and Non- Vegs... She ate meat ( Jungle Rabbit, Monkey,dear,beef, buffalo,Junglefowl,hen,pork etc), but I still remember what she was saying about vegitable, all the market vegitables and crops are the use chemical while planting, many fruits are injected, so when Her eyes become blur her age of 90yrs she said she ate a vegitables collected from the market after stop eating market vegitables and 2 months later her eyes became great again, And she said future rarely people will live the age 100 above in this world because of Chemical fertilizers, and she said meat we ate will not effect in our body. But should cook properly. Whe she died the age 103 , her eyes geat condition and her hair not turn white colour with long black hair.... From noth east India

My friend is a non vegetarian. Last year suddenly he thought of becoming a vegetarian and stopped eating all non-veg including egg. After 3 months he felt sick and got fever and his bones and muscles started to pain. After tests it was found that heI was defecit in vitamin D and B. So no sudden decision of becoming a vegetarian. My grand father was pure vegetarian and he lived 81 years and my grand mothers is living today at the age of 90 year pure veg without any disease...even there siblings lived more than 80 years on pure veg diet ....but new genration means there sons and daughters are struggling to live even at 60-70 ...i think this is not diet only.. it is the effect of more money mindedness...more competition...more stress is the major cause of our detrimental health

I think we should balance the diet according with our requirement.Both non veg and veg diets are good but its the way we plan and eat our food. I am myself a Pescetarian but I was an hardcore non veg and then became a pure vegeterian but then I realised my body need a balance of both so I switched to Pescetarianism. Again I don't recommend anybody to be Pescetarian , vegeterian or non-vegeterian because every body has different requirements. So when you choose a diet choose which one is suitable for you and talk with nutritionist if you can .

Both diets are good. We should take balanced diet containing both veg and non - veg food items.
I was suffering from Asthma before some months and i ate non vegetarian but I didn't feel any change .
And finally from then, I am pure vegetarian and now, I am fully healthy 😊😊

I too have it, but you need to work on your lungs didi, consult a doctor about what should you eat to cure asthma, diet places a crucial role for this, I also have it that's why I know, make your lungs strong, meditate and breathing exercise in the morning can help a lot, work on the lungs doesn't matter veg or non veg (I am proud vegetarian anyway)
