my mother should see this. she eats 10grams protein a day and scolds me while drinking protein powder that it'll damage my kidney. not her fault. nobody tells their family members that they do steroids so when they die the blame goes to protein powder. 70g is bare minimum, our family combinely eats 50g at max, i know the accurate numbers because i weigh everything. our diet is a complete mess and im talking about everyone here

Literally my grandpa eat all normal diet food that uve mentioned consists of high carbs(he is vegetarian)..and never disturbed his routine..like waking up at 4 am did their farming work etc sleep at 8pm etc..he is 95 and still going good with no bp no sugar no diabetes..heart health on top he is fit and fine..and still he goes for a morning walk and evening walk daily on a constant basis...guys i m telling its not abt diet its abt lack of physical activity...though consumption of protein is important but not too much necessary untill u r going gym etc to build ur body..but if the one wants to be fit and fine with no diseases then consume normal diet and do regular exercises/workouts its necessary...its not abt non veg diet its abt how ur body absorbs fats carbs nutrients efficiently..fiber in ur diet is also important..as per his explanation ppl who eats non veg should be of diseases free but if u do proper research % of diseases in non veg ppl is more..the video is totally misleading..the research he mentioned is all abt western ppl who consumes meat and which corroborates their explanations...so don't just influence apply your mind and do regular exercises!

Honestly speakin , i am a gym person from past 3+ years and from my experience i can say during this winter arc i totally cutoff my rice (major carbs source) and decrease my roti consumption but in order to fill my stomach i started eating the sabzi more without roti and i saw the amazing results, i become more active than usual since i workout for 3+ years and it worked for me and i gave it a thaught to follow this till i researched for more , if you found this helpful i will like to share me exp please let me know i will create video for it
im 6'1 vegetarian and i can do 20 pushups, 15 squats, 20 lunges and im not tired i can run 5km in go jogging and its normal for me if u do exercise and beleive in ur self and eat right by avoiding junk foods it is quite normal nothing fancy.

Please make a proper PDF of vegetarian protein sources it would be really helpful as sometimes in this fast paced world we forget the importance of diet and eat whatever we get to eat. I've been trying to build muscles since 2021 but just because I consume rice daily and a very little amount of protein sources I'm not able to achieve it. And as you said due to vegetarian food and lack of variety we may suffer from lack of essential nutrients and yes, I am suffering from Vitamin B12 deficiency. I'm trying my best to consume B12 rich vegetarian food like dairy products, spinach and rest green leafy vegetables but it ain't enough for me. I remember when I was in 10th std. I used to consume soya daily 3-4 days a week and my muscles boomed. Suddenly due to overconsumption of Soya Chunks I got digestive problems and droped the idea of muscle building. Also, I used to consume a lot of Soya Chunks I started to avoid variety of foods like vegies, dairy products(as it does not give much protein) due to which symptoms malnutrition started to occur in me like hairfall, muscle weakness, pigmentation, cracks around lips(Lack of Vitamin B12), dizziness, laziness, etc. just because my family didn't allow me to eat protein rich diet and lack the basic nutrition knowledge. It's obvious for our parents to actually not believe in what we say as in there time they used to consume better diet with variety of options(in veg) and food with high nutritional value. Somewhere, I find it my mistake too to be able to understand every need of nutrition and still not taking action. I hope you make a PDF full of nutritional values present in vegetarian food with variety in it so that it would be easier for me to explain it to my parents and siblings.

Hey I'm also a vegetarian and saw similar problems like many deficiencies see the best you can do to overcome most deficiencies is to add large amounts of dairy and most importantly eggs which is literally the best and cheap superfood it has b-12, protien, calcium and fats, this is when you don't wanna spend too much, or the easy way is with these add protien powder, iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium, omega 3 and b-12 supplement to meet daily requirements easily and efficiently. Hope you overcome your deficiencies.

Colin Campbell who is nutritionist scientist researched more than 50 years revealed this fact that plant based raw food without added salt, sugar and refined oil is best diet for us. I was a non vegetarian since my childhood...( Non veg 3 times a week mostly fish and chicken occasionally mutton) . I have left non-veg since mid September 2024 ... I started feeling my gut and stomach health better but started loosing my muscles mass but In turn fats didn't reduced... I'm a doctor by myself and I did skin fold test and TANITA FOR FAT analysis... I'm started feeling much weaker and unenergetic so I'd to start with protiens supplements with vit b12 and fish liver oils.. ..I'm not saying that being vegetarian means a weak person but it comes with some side effects.. and so if you eat more non veg it also comes up with side effects and their own benefits as well.. i would recommend 2 times non veg / week. But again humans developed spiritual consciousness and knowledge so we agreed to use food without killing. Probably we can use millets rather than using rice and wheat which are more fulfilling.. you can eat one jowar / bajra roti compared to 3 chapati/ roti which is more fulfilling. Avoid potatoes and other starchy food sources and start using leafy vegetables and green vegetables.

truth is truth whether you accept it or not. The nutritionist says Minerals and vitamins from vegies and non meat food are precursors does not act as real vitamins and minerals. after a long complicated process very little amount of that precursors become that vitamin or mineral . and that of course very low graded. for example best source of wegies iron are spinach . but only 2% of that precursor will convert into iron . but in the case of meat the conversion rate will be 20% up and of course highest class of iron. the same thing is true for other vitamins and minerals

Literally my grandpa eat all normal diet food that uve mentioned consists of high carbs(he is vegetarian)..and never disturbed his routine..like waking up at 4 am did their farming work etc sleep at 8pm etc..he is 95 and still going good with no bp no sugar no diabetes..heart health on top he is fit and fine..and still he goes for a morning walk and evening walk daily on a constant basis...guys i m telling its not abt diet its abt lack of physical activity...though consumption of protein is important but not too much necessary untill u r going gym etc to build ur body..but if the one wants to be fit and fine with no diseases then consume normal diet and do regular exercises/workouts its necessary...its not abt non veg diet its abt how ur body absorbs fats carbs nutrients efficiently..fiber in ur diet is also important..as per his explanation ppl who eats non veg should be of diseases free but if u do proper research % of diseases in non veg ppl is more..the video is totally misleading..the research he mentioned is all abt western ppl who consumes meat and which corroborates their explanations...so don't just influence apply your mind and do regular exercises!

Honestly speakin , i am a gym person from past 3+ years and from my experience i can say during this winter arc i totally cutoff my rice (major carbs source) and decrease my roti consumption but in order to fill my stomach i started eating the sabzi more without roti and i saw the amazing results, i become more active than usual since i workout for 3+ years and it worked for me and i gave it a thaught to follow this till i researched for more , if you found this helpful i will like to share me exp please let me know i will create video for it

Please make a proper PDF of vegetarian protein sources it would be really helpful as sometimes in this fast paced world we forget the importance of diet and eat whatever we get to eat. I've been trying to build muscles since 2021 but just because I consume rice daily and a very little amount of protein sources I'm not able to achieve it. And as you said due to vegetarian food and lack of variety we may suffer from lack of essential nutrients and yes, I am suffering from Vitamin B12 deficiency. I'm trying my best to consume B12 rich vegetarian food like dairy products, spinach and rest green leafy vegetables but it ain't enough for me. I remember when I was in 10th std. I used to consume soya daily 3-4 days a week and my muscles boomed. Suddenly due to overconsumption of Soya Chunks I got digestive problems and droped the idea of muscle building. Also, I used to consume a lot of Soya Chunks I started to avoid variety of foods like vegies, dairy products(as it does not give much protein) due to which symptoms malnutrition started to occur in me like hairfall, muscle weakness, pigmentation, cracks around lips(Lack of Vitamin B12), dizziness, laziness, etc. just because my family didn't allow me to eat protein rich diet and lack the basic nutrition knowledge. It's obvious for our parents to actually not believe in what we say as in there time they used to consume better diet with variety of options(in veg) and food with high nutritional value. Somewhere, I find it my mistake too to be able to understand every need of nutrition and still not taking action. I hope you make a PDF full of nutritional values present in vegetarian food with variety in it so that it would be easier for me to explain it to my parents and siblings.

Hey I'm also a vegetarian and saw similar problems like many deficiencies see the best you can do to overcome most deficiencies is to add large amounts of dairy and most importantly eggs which is literally the best and cheap superfood it has b-12, protien, calcium and fats, this is when you don't wanna spend too much, or the easy way is with these add protien powder, iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium, omega 3 and b-12 supplement to meet daily requirements easily and efficiently. Hope you overcome your deficiencies.

I was a non vegetarian since my childhood...( Non veg 3 times a week mostly fish and chicken occasionally mutton) . I have left non-veg since mid September 2024 ... I started feeling my gut and stomach health better but started loosing my muscles mass but In turn fats didn't reduced... I'm a doctor by myself and I did skin fold test and TANITA FOR FAT analysis... I'm started feeling much weaker and unenergetic so I'd to start with protiens supplements with vit b12 and fish liver oils.. ..I'm not saying that being vegetarian means a weak person but it comes with some side effects.. and so if you eat more non veg it also comes up with side effects and their own benefits as well.. i would recommend 2 times non veg / week. But again humans developed spiritual consciousness and knowledge so we agreed to use food without killing. Probably we can use millets rather than using rice and wheat which are more fulfilling.. you can eat one jowar / bajra roti compared to 3 chapati/ roti which is more fulfilling. Avoid potatoes and other starchy food sources and start using leafy vegetables and green vegetables.

truth is truth whether you accept it or not. The nutritionist says Minerals and vitamins from vegies and non meat food are precursors does not act as real vitamins and minerals. after a long complicated process very little amount of that precursors become that vitamin or mineral . and that of course very low graded. for example best source of wegies iron are spinach . but only 2% of that precursor will convert into iron . but in the case of meat the conversion rate will be 20% up and of course highest class of iron. the same thing is true for other vitamins and minerals
