      3.30 am pe dekhna start kiya 4.00 am baj gaya chalo ab 3 minut me so k dekhte hai..😂 sbase important bat to bataya hi nahi k sone ka quality time kya aur kitne ghante ka hai quality time between 11.00 pm to 5.00 am hai aur minimum 6 hours aur maximum 8 hours sona chahiye..

    Because of night shifts for 1 year my entire health ruined. Got high tryglecerides for not getting time for excercise. Vitamin D and B12 deficiency. And the great news is today was my last working day 😌. It feels like I literally born again. With this job I learned that no matter how much we earn health is most important part of life.

    My grandfather is 90yo he sleeps 3 hrs per day. He's a farmer from Gorakhpur, UP.
    Aur mai 8hrs sota hu phir bhi wo nind wala symptom and chest pain hota hai phir mai sleep 8hrs se kam karta hu to normal hojata hai 😬🫨😬
