I'm smoking the same exact piece of Lamb today; 70 degrees in March in Jersey, cold beers, smoke, mmm mmm - I hope it comes out as good as yours looks!!
Hey Darnell, if you can find a lamb shoulder, you can treat it like pulled pork and it comes out amazing!! Leg is a little lean to pull, but it can be done if you boat it.

We got a leg at Easter and cut in half, butterflied with only stuffed with garlic and lemon slices and the oil. Smoked on the PK grill for less than 2 hours pretty low. It was perfect. Melt in mouth. Going to do other half in a few weeks. Will try milk brine - may further tenderize it?

Why milk brine? What is that supposed to do? Why so much emphasis on getting rid of the “gamey” flavor? If someone doesn’t like Laaammb” then they shouldn’t be doing this!!
