    Try cooking at 300 straight. Definitely will get it crispy. 45 min all it needs.

      Nah, not as good on the smoke infusion.
      Maybe 300° F for the finish or even hotter, after a slow low smoke would be OK. But I do lower and longer because crispy is not the main goal for me.
