Is there a video on how to clean the predator filter?
The wet filter can be rinsed under a hose/tap and air dried.
The HEPA can be brushed with a stiff brush or washed with a mild detergent with tepid water under a gentle flow and should be fully dry for dry use.

The wheels on my predator keep falling off!!

We've had no issues with the wheels on this particular trolley. Could you email through your original order number of when the machine was purchased, photos of the issue and the serial number of your machine direct to our email which is info@guttervacuumsystems.co.uk so that we can look into that for you.

I bought it from a guy who never used it. So its second hand.( But new). The machine it's self is good. But the trolley is terrible.
@@darrenbarker2529 If you would like replacement castors you do need to contact us directly via email so that we can arrange for those parts to be sent out. Again photos of the trolley you have will be advantageous as the castors are very different in size between the two.
Alternatively if you would like to upgrade to the two handled trolley we can also arrange for that also as it is an option for our Predator owners who have the previous one bar trolley. We would need your details for either option on our system to move forward for you.

I would think it's better to upgrade the trolley rather than keep replacing the caster's. They don't cope with the terrain.
