Shortly after, I received the invitation to join the Facebook group. Why not, I said to myself... Reading all the posts and comments, I became curious and visited the site. I was delighted by what I found there. My first outfit was the HipHop tank & Top, I made two. I bought other patterns with the Friday offer, but they haven't been made until now. I am sewing a Laundry Day T right now! I have been sewing for 60 years, so I am hardly a beginner sewing. BUT during lockdown the LDT was my beginner downloaded at home and tiled pattern. This is exactly why I like LN patterns. You dont need something complicated to look good! And I like these as they are basic but depend on the fabric you choose it wont look basic! Plus they are all comfortavle to wear.

This is the perfect beginner bundle for someone who had sewing in school and hasn't really sewn since. My first LN pattern was Allegro because I needed comfy pants for abdominal surgery. They continue to be my go to quick and comfy pants.

I'm 70 and after I retired I had to learn about knits and how they've changed. Starting with some beginner patterns was the way I chose to get sewing again. With all my proportion changes it allowed me to make things to accommodate that now. I haven't stopped yet....lol. Would love that bundle😁 just say'in!!

Laundry Day Tee and Classic tee were my first patterns that I tried for knit fabric from LN. My granddaughters just loved them, when I made the Classic Tee for them.
I haven't been a beginner sewist for 50+ years. My first project was a gym tote in grade 8. It was only after that project that I felt I could tackle my mother's sewing machine. But I have all 4 of these patterns. I think I started with the classic tee as my first Love Notions Pattern. Dipping my feet into pdf patterns. I have a tee in my mind to make and all the many patterns for tees I have accumulated.... The classic tee is my GO-TO. 😁
