Awesome find in that Virgil Thrasher print! My family about fell out of our chairs when we saw it.......and then you said it, Virgil Thrasher. Those prints can fetch big bucks!
Every time these storage lockers are featured I can't help but think about the person or family who has lost just about everything to a point where they can't keep up with storage payments. The abyss is deep and so many of us don't survive intact. To see your stored houseful of hard work being picked through for someone else's ten buck profit must be pretty devastating. That said, it is GREAT to see it when it ends up in the caring conscientious hands of someone who treats the gear with respect and sees to it that the stuff makes a positive mark in someone's life. Keep on keeping on, Taco!
I agree. I always wonder 🤔 what would make someone leave their belongings in a storage unit and not claim them.
I think about the children, possibly being without a stable home or the toys they once held dear.
I pray that God is looking out for them, anyone who ends up losing their licker with their lifetime memories! God bless and keep them safe.
Gotta say it was cool seeing your expression when you saw the Pyrex. Since you're usually holding the camera we dont get to see that. Nice score, you definitely made some money on this unit.

• The first dish set reminded me of a 60’s atomic set so may be money. You need to do a reverse image google or eBay search of that design.
• My mom had a red casserole dish like the black one. I looked it up right away and was laughing for your score.
• It’s called Roseville sponge ware. I did a search on that and it’s good!
• Same with artwork!

As someone already said RRP stands for Robinson Ransbottom Pottery in Roseville, which is a small town in Ohio. Roseville Pottery is actually made in Zanesville, Ohio. I believe RRP pottery closed in the early 2000s.

Hey Taco, you should have asked Paper Moose to let you use the Uncle she bought recently to help you load up your goods. It’s good to see you guys collaborate together at times because it’s so different like seeing Locker Nuts working with the Pirate. Us subscribers get different points of view with such collaboration. Make sure you go through everything I know it might take time but you could find the top of the black pyrex lid great video stay safe 😊

The Virgil Thrasher is worth around $125 on ebay and probably more on Etsy. Might be a good trade with Blue Bus Dave since he taps into the NYC market.
That clear and gold bowl looks like a georges briard. If it is it should be signed. They are worth pretty good money on eBay

the picture at 18:27 are the Chinese characters (also used as kanji in Japanese) for sun earth and moon as written underneath in English. Nice decorative piece
the wall scone and mirror are a perfect combo, creates much more light, then sconce alone.

Stuffed animals,once washed, can also go to animal shelters. Fur babies need to comfort themselves too.
So do children when uprooted. Send them to shelter.
Yep. Dry them on low setting. You want the stuffing dry to prevent mold, but the fur stays fluffy if your heat stays low.
I always add clean tennis ball. Make things nice and fluffy.
Washed cleaned n repaired if need for children in homeless shelters..hospitals...police depts.
Always buy old stuffed toys fr my animal shelter

Roseville and Pyrex more than paid for the storage unit.
Roseville is very sought after and the Blue pyrex is as well pricey.

Here in Arizona people buy the clothes, kitchenware and toys. People here take these items to sell in Mexico where they value all these items although they are used, it's still things that they can't afford to buy in Mexico. ☺️🌼🌿

my nana had the shirley temple stuff. i ate my oatmeal out of it sometimes. that was in the early 1950s.
We also thought that the Storage Unit is Fantastic - the Toys alone and Pyrex and You paid only 50 Bucks - man - You could not go wrong at all - we think You will get a fair Chunk of Profits - Yes - we love those Units - Hope You will buy some more in near Future - also we here love those Yard and Garage Sales - Do You have a Change for them ???? Please keep Safe and many-many Cheers from us in Australia - we love it !!!!

The Golden Glow is a vintage dish set by Limoges. Circa 1970. You should be able to get your money back just with that.

the blue pieces with shirley temple are called Mary gregory and are depression area and very collectable.
Shirley Temple is a transfer piece that came in oatmeal boxes in the 1930's and It was made by: Hazel Atlas Circa: 1930's,. Where as the "Mary Gregory blown glass hand painted white enamel (2 coats to highlight features and hands for definition 1880 through around 1990). The newer pieces are pressed glass and the glass is thicker. Really have to be careful of the fakes 😢 as people will paint on older blown glass and call it original 😡 can't stand p

I'm really asthonished that people in the US and in newer times in Europ and Germany spent a lot of money for storages in which,if you are honest to yourself, they storage items they don't need now or in future.Normerwise is a lot of the things trash, but I love it to see that there is sometimes a treasure inside. The fact that there is food in this locker indicates that these people have gone homeless. They store what they could not take in a suitcase probably.

That Roseville is actually Robinson Ransbottom Pottery.
There were several potteries in Roseville, and many more in the general area of Ohio.
But they had RRP, Co on the bottom.
The black Pyrex is a great find. Those sell for a lot on eBay.

Roseville is something my mom and I love to buy at resale and antique stores. The one you have with blue splatter might be worth. more if its more unusual, especially. for collectors.
