    Mental health professionals are unsung heroes.
    They acknowledge pain that others just overlook.
    They hear our mess and still don't judge us.
    They hear our secrets and give us the confidence that it is never going to be let out.
    They understand us when even those closest to us misunderstand.
    They patiently listen to us while others find us boring.
    They make us accept ourselves even when the closest reject us.
    They quietly build steps for us to progress in life.
    They do all of it sometimes even at the expense of their on mental health.
    Indeed they are unsung heroes.
