- It's finally time I got back into RE5, and lucky for you guys I tried answering the question, "Can you beat Resident Evil 5 without guns?" Also have you guys seen my twitter? Follow me over there @danteravioli where I post new updates and fun pictures.
I have to say, Resident Evil 5 has been a blast, and RE5 no guns challenge really boosts the game to a new level. I played this Resident Evil title on my PS4 on veteran difficulty by the way. Of course as always, I have problems with Sheva Alomar. Will I finally accept Sheva for who she is at the end? Or will my hatred just continue growing? Find out by watching the whole RE5 challenge video! And by the way who's your favourite character in this game? Chris Redfield? Albert Wesker? Maybe even Jill Valentine? Capcom is the company that made Resident Evil 5 and I'm so happy that they decided to create this masterpieces because my entire channel is based on the universe of RE! And with the new Resident Evil 3 remake coming out in April of 2020, I couldn't be happier! You better believe I'll be doing a ton of gaming challenges and "can you beats" when that game comes out. Not to mention The Last of Us 2 AND Dying Light 2 are coming out right after that. Ah yes, early 2020 will be a casserole of fun for the Ravioli channel. Previously, on Resident Evil 5. Hello friends, my name is Dante and this is how I ended up failing the no guns challenge. So if you didn’t remember from part 1, which by the way, if you haven’t seen it yet, go check it out on my channel, Chris did a big no no and then some random bro cruised up the street in his 6-4 and picked us up. And I’m sad to say… I had to use the mounted gun. Thanks for watching guys if you enjoyed be sure to drop a like, SMASH that subscribe button and ok ok STOP. I’m kidding. I’m still continuing on and you should stick around because I swear, you’ll be amazed how I fought the U8, the lab Uroboros, and Wesker and that’s just the tip of the iceberg because yes, I did beat all three of these bosses AND MORE without guns. Not to mention, you’re going to get to see the slow decline of my sanity as Sheva screws me over more and more throughout the run...

The growth has been insane guys! Thank you for all of the support recently, it's frigging insane. I was going to be happy with 5000 subscribers at the most by the end of the year. I mean no, you can complete your personal challenge, but you can't beat the game. We can exclude cutscenes, since it isn't you, but other than that - you must use a gun to complete the game

Well yes, that's why it must count. Otherwise what would? If the game is possible to beat without guns then what would ever be considered a failure? Why even ask a question, get the answer 'no' and then refusing to take no for an answer? Given enough time and practice anyone can do any possible challenge. Cutscenes obviously don't count. QTEs are debatable, but scripted pieces must count.

My friend and I are playing professional mode on re5 and it was my first time playing professional mode, I found out that it was extremely hard but fun at the same time. Bulletproof vest are your best friend not melee vest because you still get one hit by everything. Also if you guys are playing professional mode. I recommend you or your teammate keep two first aid sprays or green+red herbs.

You may have technically failed, but the fact you went a majority of the game with a melee weapon is still respectful. I didnt even play RE5 on veteran difficulty. I'm perfectly happy beating the game on normal.

11:20, the guy had a high-ground, but it's not a star wars, so he died to the chosen sith lord Dante.
I remember playing on PSN and some japanese guy showed me how to kill wesker at the end. I was shocked when he just ran up to wesker and grabbed him from behind, ripping the uroburos off his core. then I pulled out a gun and he started yelling something so I walked up and saw I could start slashing with my knife but not, through the contextual action buttons popping up. good fucking times.
do you just pretend to not know stuff? every basic enemy can be shot/slashed in the face, knees, shoulder, and one other place for contextual melee follow ups, which make you invincible during them by the by. also when you say shoot someone in the knee and they go down on one foot you can then run up and punch them with crhiss, or walk slightly behind them to snap their neck.
so don't slash an enemy 10-20 times, knife a point then melee them. you still seem like you don't get it, when you melee someone (big boys) and they don't die sheva runs up to melee after you, then you run up to melee again after her for the ultimate combo attacks that wreck shop.
