coincidence? I was just going to clean my car seats as well, got lazy and went on RUclips. saw you uploaded a video that just just so happened to be about cleaning your car seats, and it was the very first video I clicked on. Great way to start day!
I used this cleaner and loved it, does exactly what I expected and did not leave a greasy feel like old School Armor all. I do however use Lexol leather conditioner on the seats.
Some of the BMW seats have a thin plastic coating overtop of the leather. You end up wasting good product because the solution can't even make its way into the leather. For ex, the Leather Dakota in Venetian Beige in my F10 535i doesn't absorb any product due to this coating.
I use Einzett Cockpit Premium for the dash , Nav screen and instrument cluster, and I also use Aerospace 303 for other non critical plastics like headlight lenses, engine compartment. Gummi pledge is awesome for the door, trunk, and sunroof seals, also the rubber trim that's exposed to the sun.
Hi Guys ! I was really hoping for some advice . I recently purchase the BMW 2020 M sport and its my first BMW . I would like to know if anyone can suggest cleaning products (Polish, Tyre and rim cleaner etc) Also my door trims are a shiny black which does attract those annoying light scratches . Any advice ? Appreciated
nice! those seats definitely don't look 150k miles. when i look at used cars i always look at the seat wear, and anything over 100k usually starts to look pretty beat
Hi Lee I'm not super happy with how hard the leather feels after I used the product have you found anything since this older video I should try .I'm looking for the soft supple feel I had before. anything you might recommend.
Denis V dude you should never use dash cleaner on leather. Its obviously meant for just plastic vinyl . Go buy meguiars 3-1 clean protect condition spray its 6$ at walmart and clean e leather like a beast

why wouldnt you clean your seats with an actual leather cleaner and conditioner?

Shane Sexton I'm going to look up those products, thanks!
BMW Fanatic the Einszett products are German made and work well with the matte German interiors, they smell great too. Amazon is a great place to buy.
Shane Sexton already started looking on Amazon actually lol
I have this and it smells okay, nothing great. You use this product on your leather dash???
If ur cars sitting in the sun all day I would use a rubber trim protectant. I use auto glym bumper and trim gel works good. Good vid
Cole Mithrush I'll check that out, thanks!
What do you put it on outside plastic and door seals?
Is the dash on a BMW made out of plastic/vinyl or leather? Do I need 3 separate products to do the dash, the leather seats, and another for the tires?
Thanks for sharing. I am very impressed that your 2008 looks pristine! Nice work
