I just noticed your video while searching the Cafe Roma model. Great video. I purchased my Cafe Roma in 2004 and only noticed I needed to take apart the portafilter a couple months ago. It was quite dirty under the plastic. Loved your cleaning advice.
@@AjusCafe yes you are obviously much more diligent and your video was entertaining and educational. I must admit I pulled the trigger a little fast on my comment I apologize. I did see the strainer later on in the video but I was worried for some other viewers that might not think about putting the strainer on the drainage. Again I apologize. Good video. BTW nice accent.

Thank you
Love your videos, have learned so much! Thanks. Can you tell me where the part called 'Replace this steam baffle before use's fits? Thank you again!!!
Would I be able to remove the plastic piece permanently?
WOW ! Namaste ! Thank you so much ! I was going to buy an other one ! THANKS !
Thank you
I have been using cafiza cleaner to soak my metal parts of portafilter etc which works well
I was thinking tabout hat, but I ran out of it. Good point though. I'm going to try it out when i buy it.
does a bottomless portafilter eliminate this problem completely? I am new to espresso
Yes, but you can use it only with Non-pressurized baskets
What about the filter itself. Can the bottom be removed ?
Not aware of that. But i know few removed pressurized basket's bottom layer on Breville Barista Express
Thank you !
For gods sake man!! Don’t ever remove a small screw over a sink!!
lol.. hope you noticed that I kept the sink strainer stopper there. So there is no way I'm gonna loose a screw down there. But good point.
