Can we all take a moment to appreciate this man doing his research, listening to our opinions, interacting with us and actually wanting to do all of that. Not like those people who say 'let me know in the comments' but then never read the comments nor look up anything on their own and keep reacting purely for views still not knowing anything and asking the same questions over and over again. It's ok if someone is honest and says they just want to check the music/dancing and not get into members/facts/theories but there are lots of kpop reactors who are acting like they're SO into it when they clearly don't care and think we won't notice Thank you for coming to my TED talk
This comment is kind of long, but I promise it will make it easier to understand other BTS songs, especially from the Love Yourself Trilogy (which is a series of three albums and a short film) because the themes are all connected. Each album has an intro (with a comeback trailer) done by a vocal line member in addition to the title track. ‘Singularity’ is from the album “Love Yourself: Tear” and the lyrics describe changing yourself for someone. You throw your 'real self' into a lake that freezes over, but the ice is starting to crack. Eventually Spring will come, the ice will melt, and you will have to confront your true self. “Tear” is also the album ‘Fake Love’ is on which is why it has a similar theme. I’ll try to put some other songs you might react to within the context of the Love Yourself series, so deciphering them will be easier in the future. The first album in the trilogy was "Love Yourself: Her" with the title track ‘DNA’ and Jimin’s intro ‘Serendipity.’ This album is about loving someone completely and feeling you and this person's relationship is destiny or predetermined. The next theme is “Love Yourself: Wonder" which was initially just Jungkook's solo song ‘Euphoria’ and the short film that went with it. “Wonder” is kind of a prequel to "Her" and describes the beginning of a relationship. The next part of love yourself is "Love Yourself: Tear" with ‘Fake Love.’ “Tear” is about how you change yourself so entirely for this person that you love, that you no longer recognize yourself. Your love is actually "fake love" because they don't love you- they love the mask that you put on. The outro of the previous album ‘Her,’ (a rap line song) foreshadows this. The final theme is "Love Yourself: Answer" which is about self-love with Jin's intro ‘Epiphany’ and the title track ‘Idol’ (which you also already reacted to). This is a repackage album and if you look at the first part of the tracklist (tracks 1-16) it tells the entire Love Yourself story in order from Wonder, to Her, to Tear, to Answer. Each member of the rap line has solos that correspond to a theme, like the vocal line. RM’s is ‘Trivia: Love’ which goes with “Her,” J-Hope’s is ‘Trivia: Just Dance’ which goes with “Wonder” and Suga’s is ‘Trivia: Seesaw’ which goes with “Tear.” Hope the context helps you understand the songs more! Also, while these songs all make sense and have meaning in the context of love yourself, they can be interpreted to mean many different things that are all valid which is the great thing about complex music and lyrics!
I REALLY appreciate your caveat at the end, maintaining that despite the meanings that "fit" into the theme and storyline, that there are various interpretations that are also valid and true. So many people have that one dimensional idea of THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS, that they can't fathom the idea that there can be more ways to absorb a song's meaning, and there is no such thing as "correct" when it comes to art and music.
@@lux3226 So true! BTS even said, during their Tear Comeback Show, that there are other ways to interpret Fake Love than the surface level one about a romantic relationship between two people. Thinking that only one meaning can be valid for any creative work is very limiting.
This is sooo true, cuz I been around for awhile LOL and I am sooo on the singularity replay for about a month...thinkin it might be one of the best BTS songs if not thee best
Taehyung V 's voice is my favorite voice it's so deep it touch your soul and then it goes so high it leaves you amazed and the growling in some of the songs is very interesting too please react to "stigma" by V lyrics and live please
There’s auto tune on all studio versions due to the method of production. It’s just how modern producing is. The auto tune gets rid of all imperfections and makes sure it blends with the instrumentation perfectly. What you’re hearing is actually the layering of his vocals. It makes it sound more auto tuned than it is. Edit: I just realized that the distortion on his voice could be a form of text painting. His voice sounds distorted because he his hiding from his true self. He’s trapped in this frozen lake. He wears a permanent facade, and his voice is therefore unable to be heard. It’s distorted.
In a comment that I wrote earlier... I thought the autotune was used to make V's voice sound cloudy or distant. That's kind of what I feel when I hear his voice. So I think its text painting as well.
Taehyung is known to be a fan of the neo soul genre so it's not surprising he went for this style when he got the chance. The dancers are guys who work with Keone Madrid who choreographed the piece. BTS are not afraid to use a more flowing style than some other boy groups usually do, for example in Boy With Love.
As much as the video is visually stunning, I prefer to listen with my eyes closed. Just to soak up that voice! Love this song, love to listen to V sing.
It says a lot about society as a whole, that in songs like this we automatically think it's about the relationship between the singer and someone else, and never about themselves. However, in bts lyrics, it's more often that they have this back and forth within, between the ego and the shadow, or the real self and the persona they show to the world. Namjoon especially has been talking about how he feels RM has become a totally separate entity from him. Speaking of Namjoon, he explained in a vlive that we are allowed to interpret Fake Love according to our own situation, but that it is initially about the disparity between their stage personas and themselves, and how truly loving yourself is different from being swallowed by false egotism. Singularity is the intro for Fake Love, a song that explains the Tear album. We can safely assume the theme is the same here.
If you like him I think you will love his other songs. 4' O clock and Stigma. And I don't know why people are emphasizing that he can sing fairly high (true but then they all do) but only he can really sit at the bottom of the register when he sings. He has from the very beginning he has been the secret weapon of BTS for his looks, his voice and also he is just all around a great guy. But then again they are. And as for his auto tuning that is something they do on a regular basis not because they do not believe in the singers but it is just an easier means to an ends but I think as they all get older each of them will start to work towards having their voices recorded without auto tune or background vocals.
New series.... YESSSSSSSSSSSSS. Could be like singer, rapper, singer, rapper........ PD: Please Suga's Seesaw for a softer side or Agust'D pure and aggressive Rap.
I think the meaning of "Singularity" here is not uniqueness or loneliness. I think it has to do with temporal singularity - like a moment when a small change produces a large and irreversible effect. This meaning is used in social studies, in science and technology and literature/cinema theory. RM, in the VLive he comments the entire LY:Tear album, mentioned that the title of the song was inspired by a book called "Singularity is near", by Ray Kurzwell, which is about the singularity concept in AI - the moment when machine intelligence becomes more powerful than human intelligence. Although he admits the lyrics to Singularity have nothing to do with AI, I think it has to with a broader concept of singularity. In literature/cinema (specially sci-fi genre), singularity is a "point of divergence", a change of event that produces an alternative storyline. I can't help but think of how the BTS Universe has all those time-travel and butterfly-effect references. 🤔 So, now to Intro: Singularity lyrics, that indeed have a lot to do with Fake Love (the second song in the album). I think Singularity lyrics describe a process of realization of oneself. The song starts with the person waking up from a dream, inside a frozen lake they've thrown themselves into. Inside the frozen lake that the person buried themselves into, they have no voice. I think "voice" here refers to opinion, identity. By throwing themselves into the lake, where a thick ice layer formed, the person "buried their voice", lost their identity. The waking-up occurs from a sound, a cracking sound, whose origin is not clear. The realization becomes clear when the person "suddenly runs to the lake" and sees that "in the lake, there is [their] face". The person sees themselves, the identity they buried, and the cracks on the ice, which "will melt and flow away", when "spring comes". And that is the singularity, the moment of self-realization that will produce an important change. So, Singularity is only the beginning of a process, that, in my opinion, will be concluded with Epiphany, when you finally get the answer to questions like "if my voice/pain is fake, should I have not thrown myself away/what should I have done then?". Sorry for the long comment. BTS does that. In my defense, I could have also commented on all the Narcissus references on both the lyrics and the MV, but I didn't! 😊💜☂️
C-here P Oh! You mean the reference of seeking acceptance and love from others (outside), while you don't love anything 'bout you (inside)? I think fits perfectly in context, 'cause that leads to unfortunates events.
"His voice is made out of silk. I want to lay in it... cover myself with it... let it take my.... uh... ....bye." Lool your infobox comment made me laugh hard. Interesting that even men feel his uh sexy voice vibes ;)
Taehyung's voice is heavenly. He was once told "people feel something when you sing" and it's so true. His live performances are seriously captivating. Definitely check them out and check out Stigma or Winter Bear for his high notes. Thank you for the great review!
loved your speculations they were very interesting to hear!!! i recommend watching jin's solo song 'epiphany'. the lyrics are intriguing and well thought out.
I have horrible anxiety/panic attacks...and V's vocals/voice is one of the ONLY things that can soothe me out of an attack. His voice is very mesmerizing and soothing!
Ikr! When V does it live, with his facial expressions and all, the effect of the song gets even more amplified. He seems like he’s performing his whole musical theatre act
Honestly the description is a total mood- Taehyung's voice is just so beautiful, I could listen to it for the rest of my life. It has such deepness that breaks and calms my soul. And I appreciate the fact that you do your research, give you own opinions and speculations about the theme of the song uu
Did you just say "por favor" at the end? 🤣🤣😭😭💜💜 cute!! I think Singularity is one (if not the most) of the most complex song of bts. Maybe even for songs in general. IT's truly a masterpiece.
Singularity has a similar vibe to Fake Love because they are both songs from the same album, "Love Yourself: Tear", therefore, they have the same concept.
I have a preference for deep, soulful vocals and V is exactly that. I like his voice (it always comes out like he’s speaking through my soul) I like his deep, dark and soulful tone and him also being able to hit high notes came in as a bonus💜
Thank you for checking out more of their content. Highly recommend the xCeleste YT channel for understanding their content. She has a ton of explanation and theory videos over there for this set of MVs and the webtoon and such....she has done a ton to integrate all the different sources of information for the fictional storyline to consolidate the full picture.... her theories are usually pretty spot on..... I appreciate your perspective and thoughtfulness.... I think the autotune on his voice was to give this song a certain "feel" and not necessarily because he needed it for any other reason.... just an artistic choice.... yes, Tae has 3+ octave range.... he did a cover of an Adele song you can search for on YT where he produced a self video of himself with it and it shows his range pretty well... not full range but most of it. Thanks again!!! EDIT: link to his cover of "Someone Like You" ruclips.net/video/56jN9-cMEBU/видео.html
Thank you for doing a reaction video of Singularity. I agree with you that Taehyung’s voice is mesmerizing. He has a beautiful voice. Please check out Stigma. He is also amazing in there!
A channel called bookish Theories explained this song. I just recently got the book where she suspects that it's based on. Pls check out stigma too (the solo with his high note) PS he became a part of the dance line after this song 💜
You're basically right. A lot of songs in their Love Yourself series can be interpreted both as refering to a relationship with someone else or your own relationship with yourself. As a whole, BTS lyrics are mostly self-reflective, in my opinion. The reason that the lyrics in Singularity and Fake Love seem related to you is because they are. Namjoon wrote the lyrics for both songs and they're in the same album (Love Yourself: Tear) one after the other, so they're supposed to tell a story. Over time, you'll find that themes of identity and self-worth are recurring in his lyrics. I've been meaning to say this: it's nice that you're so thorough with your reactions and even take an interest in the lyrics and storylines; not a lot of reactors do that and I'm sure a lot of your subscribers really appreciate it. To quote Jimin: "you nice, keep going". (Btw, totally unrelated, but how was Dreamcatcher? are they as good live?)
yes, V's voice is the most mesmerizing! he has a very wide vocal range! he controls his voice the way he wants it and does it perfectly! you should watch V's Singularity live performance in their Love Yourself World Tour. listen to his Stigma and watch his live perfoemance of the song as well coz it's a must! BTS' vocal line Jin, Jimin, V & Jungkook are 4 of the best vocalists in the world! they're the only singers who could sing and perform their songs perfecrly as far as i'm concerned! most songs have amazing covers and versions from other people and most of them were even better than the original but when it comes to BTS' music... nobody could even compare if you'd ask the ARMYs! BTS is the best! there's nothing like BTS! fyi, BTS' music often talks about oneself unlike other songs that talks about a lover or someone else. they also have lots of songs that's dedicated to their ARMYs. BTS' MVs have meanings and symbolisms in it. these are the things that the ARMYs look for in order to get the meaning or message of the song aside feom the lyrics itself. these factors affects each theory you come across coz different kinds of people interprets them. for me, most of those theories were right depending on the listener or audience. you're interpretation of Singularity is right too! i always like your reaction to BTS! kudos!
Edit: also, on the note about V talking about the song: BTS rarely, if ever, talks about the "true" meaning for their songs. Their opinion is that if you took away something meaningful from the song on your own, whats the point in dispelling or destroying that? I gotta say, thats been my philosophy for a while: art/beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And I agree, Fake Love's lyrics are actually incredible. I remember reading them, and it was my 2nd or 3rd BTS video ever, and thinking "'I grew a flower that can't be bloomed in a garden that can't come....." get this profound, thoughtful, depressing shit out of my boy band pop!" I was gonna tell you to react to specific ones but man, you can just throw a dart at the solo list and it'll be fantastic. Oddly enough, musically the only one I don't necessarily vibe with is RM's wings solo, Reflection. Love the lyrics as always, but just kind of meh for me. And he's my ult bias in all of k-pop. Personally I think the best are Lie (Jimin, you have to see the live for this, its insane) Epiphany (Jin, although I think you would appreciate the growth Jin has had by listening to first Awake and then Epiphany) Seesaw (Suga, although as a musician you might relate more to First Love, definitely check out the lyrics for that one) Love (RM) MAMA (J-Hope, you gotta see the performance for this one as well as the lyrics) Begin (You gotta see the lyrics and live for this too) Thats of their BTS work. Mixtapes are a different story. Hobi has Daydream and Airplane (Hope World) Suga has Agust D and Give It To Me (Agust D) RM has Joke, Do You (RM) and then for a *very* different vibe check out his "playlist", mono (monster no more). It's one of the most sonically and thematically cohesive albums in all of K-pop, but be prepared: this shit is fucking depressing.
@@ML-lf8wb yeah I mean I don't dislike it or think it's inherently bad. I've just never vibed with it. Trust me, if I could, I would. Its one of RMs 3 solo songs on the group projects, and he's my ult bias. I WANT to like it. I just don't.
-V do Stigma lyric video and live performance (no mv for that song). And Winter Bear mv. -Jimin do Lie lyrics and live performance, again there isn't an mv. And Serendipity mv. -Jin do Epiphany mv and live performance, and Awake lyric video and live performance (no mv) -Jungkook do Euphoria lyric video and live performance (no mv). And some of his english covers, 2U is amazing. -RM do Joke mv, Awakening mv with lyrics, and Moonchild mv with lyrics. -Suga do Agust D mv, First Love lyric video (no mv), and The Last lyric video (no mv). -J-Hope do Airplane mv and lyrics, Mama lyrics (no mv), and Daydream mv. PLEASE!!!💜
The live version is amazing. You don't get all the autotune, and the true strengths of his voice come out. I prefer the live version of this song. I want live versions to listen to, for most of their songs.
BTS has more fluid choreos like Butterfly or Spring Day. Their choreo really depends on the theme of the song. Also, RM wrote this song. Stigma is another solo from V that really showcases his vocal range. I suggest to react to the live version of it. Here's a little something I found on the meaning of this song: twitter.com/ColinSP3/status/1196109734077534208?s=09
This video ties into the Map of the Soul concept. Persona is a social mask that people wear to hide their shadow self. That's why Taehyung puts it on at the end. On the outside he wears a cheerful, innocent persona. But this shadow self comes out in his graffiti and he's confronted with it then (March 29 Year 22) and begins to reflect on his own darkness (see the note for May 20 Year 22).
I think the cool thing about a lot of the Love Yourself series songs is A lot of them are not specific in the other person The focus is oneself and loving oneself, but there's always another person. It isn't specified if it's a lover, or another side of yourself. So you can take some songs as both fighting with your love, and fighting with yourself.
I would love to see you react to Serendipity and Epiphany! I personally love that BTS allow each member to shine not only in intros but solo songs as well. I feel like their solos will give you a deeper idea into each of the members personalities and styles.
There isn’t always a most perfect answer and sometimes there are never any official explanations or confirmations about what the song was meant to be about in the creation of it. Both Bighit and the members of BTS often take a Tolkien-esque line in that they prefer applicability over allegory. There will be some songs that will never be explained because the reason of the songs existence is to be interpreted by the listener who holds a unique emotional conversation with it. These songs are unexplained because only you can say what they mean for you in your life at the moment, and how that meaning will change with you as you grow through life. Art changes with the viewing, as they say and artists will often advise to suggest instead of say if you want to produce something of quality. BTS’s songs in their ambiguity are a musical example of an artwork that is open to personal interpretation.
His voice is kinda mezmerising..I knowwwwww!! Taehyung is different in that he loves classical, jazzy, soul songs. He actually loves all music but this is his preference. You won't find many in kpop that sings music like this. He is so different.
Happy New Year! I hope your holidays were good ^.^ I'm so happy that you're going to do some of the vocal lines solo songs and I'm excited which of the solos you're going to watch, it'll be a surprise every time! You'll really get to see them shine! Singularity is one of my all time favourite songs from BTS (and my mums too 🤣🤣). I remember when this mv first came out there were a lot of theories comparing it to the Greek myth of Narcissus. It's really interesting to hear your interpretation of the mv and lyrics. I personally always thought it was about himself or a particular part of himself that he couldn't show to others. I particularly like in the lyrics that it implies that no matter how hard you try to hide it under some ice, spring will come and thaw the ice and so what you were hiding will be revealed once again. It's always been such a powerful song to listen to, because of both the lyrics and the instrumental. I really love it when songs use silence or bare instrumentation. It makes what is there so much more impactful, no matter how minimal it might be. And it just allows V's voice to shine so damn bright. So smooth. And I see you have been informed of the BU, the Bangtan Universe. It actually starts at the HYYH Part 1 album so there's a lot of content to watch. I Need U is the first mv that's in the BU, but there's also a webcomic, a book (The Notes), some mini-books (more little things called Notes), some short films (from the WINGS album and some others). There is A LOT and that's not even mentioning all the fan made videos and blog posts trying to figure out theories and what the heck is actually happening. Good luck! I'm really excited to see what you're going to react to next. You're reactions are always so nice to watch. Thoughtful and introspective. Really nice. I hope you have a good day/night. Annyeong~~ 💜💜💜
Taehyung is a natural baritone. That said, his high notes in Stigma are incredible! Taehyung has said he likes jazz and r&b... Also, for BTS’ World Tour “V” performed this solo a lil differently for every single show; suggest you react to two or three of them,...include please, in particular, the final~ after which Tae was named the Black Swan Ummm,....Taehyung IS “Loved”😉 Thank you for your reactions!
I have seen a theory about dissociative identity disorder and it was terrifyingly surprising. Also it shed a light on many phrases from the lyrics and it made so much sense.
you killed that 안녕하세요!! great job. (Haven't even watch the rest of the vid yet haha, I was just impressed by your pronunciation and had to praise it!!)
Since you mentioned the difference between male and female idols dance styles I really wanna see you react to taemin's MVS His dance style is usually so much more sensual, fluid and slow
Each solo sounds completely different. They all wanted to show their own colors and at the same time match the concept of the album. BTw the comment of the dancing, I recommend you to watch Blood, Sweat and Tears by BTS....
Yes it is between him and him. You see in the storyline, v is a person who has suffered domestic abuse, and is a rebel himself, throughout the storyline we can see that he has a conflicts between his personas. This story explained vdo skipped a lot of how books and art has been incorporated to the mv. Anyways loving the reactions!
The song gave me real Narcissus vibes, drowning in the lake, pain in the throat because he is drowning, being unable to speak, loosing himself to gain his 'other half' - idk, it goes with the focus on the individual
some army said this song is about V himself, but for me it just a continuation of the story line in BU which for V it continuation of Stigma. After he killed his father.. as my theory V also has ability to travel time.. but he not realize it. thats why first line of the lyrics it mentioned about how he can hear glass cracked which it related to travel time. and we know how V hate himself in the BU and keep called himself a sinner after killed her father. may be if u know the story, u will know what exactly it mean. 😊 thank you for your reaction. 💜
Love Yourself: Tear was just for ARMYs to breakdown to. I feel like the album, after LY: Her with all the bubbliness and soft, pure-hearted love emanating from it, Tear was a chance to finally clear away any dark regrets holding onto our hearts and tells us to just let go, it's okay and although it's a lonely and dark path, the pain is worth it at the end when you can say that you can love yourself, that you've found the Answer.
I'm a new subscriber and found your videos! Love your reactions and comments. I was about to suggest Singularity to you and found this...isn't Taehyung's voice just beautiful??? Deep...and just does something to ya! Thanks for the vid!

LizLoxe Love Yes, I agree.
Yeahh samee
Exactly, Taehyung's voice is very soulful, you really feel something when he sing.
I like watching it once with the video and replaying it with just the sound💜
You gotta check Stigma the live version. I think it shows V's voice even more because he hits some really high notes too 😊
God yes, his voice is very mesmerising. It’s addictive. I looove it🤤, especially that deep tone.
I agree, he doesn’t need auto tune.
Yea,Taehyung (V)has soulful voice i luv him❤❤
The more you listen to Singularity by V,the more beautiful it gets! Thank you for taking your time & researching it!
NOW STIGMA FOR HIS HIGH VOICE AND LIVE IS A MUST
V 'Stigma' stage live - you will see or hear his high note./vocal range of V - I like you to react V & RM '4 O clock'
*Rapper...
@@Kristen70364 i was boutta say this lmao
So, now to Intro: Singularity lyrics, that indeed have a lot to do with Fake Love (the second song in the album).
Scenery from V is so good too.. Really good.
V voice is the most beautiful thing in the world
Yes 💜🥺
"His voice is made out of silk. I want to lay in it... cover myself with it... let it take my.... uh...
....bye." Lool your infobox comment made me laugh hard. Interesting that even men feel his uh sexy voice vibes ;)
Taehyung's voice is heavenly. He was once told "people feel something when you sing" and it's so true. His live performances are seriously captivating. Definitely check them out and check out Stigma or Winter Bear for his high notes. Thank you for the great review!
Me voice favorite in BTS Kim Taehyung please reaction Stigma live performance is amazing singer V 💜💜💜💜💜
loved your speculations they were very interesting to hear!!! i recommend watching jin's solo song 'epiphany'. the lyrics are intriguing and well thought out.
I have horrible anxiety/panic attacks...and V's vocals/voice is one of the ONLY things that can soothe me out of an attack. His voice is very mesmerizing and soothing!
Thank you for watching it in this way, I love your insight into the song lyrics and your observations of the songs themselves. 💜
The live performance is insane. Watch it from the final Seoul concert
IT's truly a masterpiece.
hice jajaja
King Taehuyng!! His voice his so unique. Deep and his like velvet! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Taehyung's voice is truly mesmerising. Thank you for the genuine reaction. 💜
Singularity has a similar vibe to Fake Love because they are both songs from the same album, "Love Yourself: Tear", therefore, they have the same concept.
Taehyung is Currently “LOVED”!
Tae voice stole my soul evreytime i hear it.
Thank you so much for reacting to singularity. I love his voice and it’s true his voice is mesmerizing
Love all your BTS reactions! Very informative and interesting!! You put your heart into doing them!! I purple you!
Thank you for doing a reaction video of Singularity. I agree with you that Taehyung’s voice is mesmerizing. He has a beautiful voice. Please check out Stigma. He is also amazing in there!
By far my absolute favorite BTS song...ever.
The song is great, I love Tae's warm voice, you can make more of his songs like stigma, winter bear ...
This boy can hit the lowest of the lowest note and the highest of the highest note...how is he human💜💜💜
You should check out this song live. Wow. Just....wow.
A channel called bookish Theories explained this song. I just recently got the book where she suspects that it's based on. Pls check out stigma too (the solo with his high note) PS he became a part of the dance line after this song 💜
Thank you for this. Go, V!
Thanks you love you kim taehyung 💜
For me, BTS is art. The lyrics can hit different people different ways. 💜💜🔥🌎
Suga's 'First Love' would be a great song to do a lyric video on. It's very emotional.
BTS' MVs have meanings and symbolisms in it. these are the things that the ARMYs look for in order to get the meaning or message of the song aside feom the lyrics itself. these factors affects each theory you come across coz different kinds of people interprets them. for me, most of those theories were right depending on the listener or audience. you're interpretation of Singularity is right too! i always like your reaction to BTS! kudos!
You gotta see the live performance of another song he made, it's called Stigma.. you can hear/see his talent in its full glory
Kim Taehyung aka. V is my bias; him is super talented♡
Facts taehyung no need autotune he can already nail it live
His live performances are pretty excellent, too.
I remember reading them, and it was my 2nd or 3rd BTS video ever, and thinking "'I grew a flower that can't be bloomed in a garden that can't come....." get this profound, thoughtful, depressing shit out of my boy band pop!"
I was gonna tell you to react to specific ones but man, you can just throw a dart at the solo list and it'll be fantastic.
Oddly enough, musically the only one I don't necessarily vibe with is RM's wings solo, Reflection. Love the lyrics as always, but just kind of meh for me. And he's my ult bias in all of k-pop.
Personally I think the best are
Lie (Jimin, you have to see the live for this, its insane)
Epiphany (Jin, although I think you would appreciate the growth Jin has had by listening to first Awake and then Epiphany)
Seesaw (Suga, although as a musician you might relate more to First Love, definitely check out the lyrics for that one)
Love (RM)
MAMA (J-Hope, you gotta see the performance for this one as well as the lyrics)
Begin (You gotta see the lyrics and live for this too)
Thats of their BTS work. Mixtapes are a different story.
Hobi has Daydream and Airplane (Hope World)
Suga has Agust D and Give It To Me (Agust D)
RM has Joke, Do You (RM) and then for a *very* different vibe check out his "playlist", mono (monster no more).
I wasn't familiar with this explanation vid. Thank you for a high quality reaction AS ALWAYS. 😊 💜
You should watch the live performance of Singularity, cos it’s absolutely amazing
U really should react to Singularity live...its on a whole another level live..
React to Stigma by V live. Aaah his voice is..
-V do Stigma lyric video and live performance (no mv for that song). And Winter Bear mv.
-Jimin do Lie lyrics and live performance, again there isn't an mv. And Serendipity mv.
-Jin do Epiphany mv and live performance, and Awake lyric video and live performance (no mv)
-Jungkook do Euphoria lyric video and live performance (no mv).
U dont know how satisfying is to listen to u...im a big chatter...and not very often i find someone i love to listen like u
BTS has more fluid choreos like Butterfly or Spring Day. Their choreo really depends on the theme of the song. Also, RM wrote this song. Stigma is another solo from V that really showcases his vocal range. I suggest to react to the live version of it. Here's a little something I found on the meaning of this song:
twitter.com/ColinSP3/status/1196109734077534208?s=09
Oh yes!!! So excited for you to see each of them in their solo songs!!
I think the cool thing about a lot of the Love Yourself series songs is
A lot of them are not specific in the other person
The focus is oneself and loving oneself, but there's always another person. It isn't specified if it's a lover, or another side of yourself. So you can take some songs as both fighting with your love, and fighting with yourself.
V's... High Note Voice, Listen To His Song "STIGMA".
Hi! Love it that its BTS again! Please do Jin next, seems like hes trending the Twitter now 😍🤭
His voice is kinda mezmerising..I knowwwwww!! Taehyung is different in that he loves classical, jazzy, soul songs. He actually loves all music but this is his preference. You won't find many in kpop that sings music like this. He is so different.
Please react to V- Stigma lyric video and also the LIVE version (this is the best). you can hear how HIGH he hit them notes
Thanks for the wonderful reaction, you're the best, please check also Stigma, V's solo song also, you will never regret listening to it.
Please listen to Stigma too. Taehyung's voice is heaven.
Taehyung is a natural baritone. That said, his high notes in Stigma are incredible!
Taehyung has said he likes jazz and r&b...
Also, for BTS’ World Tour “V” performed this solo a lil differently for every single show; suggest you react to two or three of them,...include please, in particular, the final~ after which Tae was named the Black Swan
Ummm,....Taehyung IS “Loved”😉
Thank you for your reactions!
The live solo is so much better then the produced version.
I was just thinking about this
Wow, that explanation video is really helpful... watched it for the first time!
태영 ......🙏💜
섹시함의 왕 !!!!!
WAAAAAAHHHH IM SO EXCITED IVE BEEN DYING FOR THIS VIDEO 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Este tema tiene que verlo en vivo en concierto
Sir watch the live performance, you will love it.💜💜💜
Since you mentioned the difference between male and female idols dance styles I really wanna see you react to taemin's MVS
His dance style is usually so much more sensual, fluid and slow
Yep this where its at. Fire. ❤🔥✌🏾
Well you you know I loved it. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Love this song and your reaction to it, one of my favorite solo songs. I would like you to react to Stigma, that is another song by Taehyung.
I love your reaction videos and If you have the time i would love If you reacted to Kard. They are a coed group and i Think you might like them 2. My personal favorit videos are Dumb litty, bomb bomb and You in me. Keep up the good work. ❤
