JORDAN BIKES DYNO MT09 MT-09 TRACER ECU REMAP FLASH GAINED 9 BHP

Today we’ve had another MT-09 Tracer on our Dyno for an ECU remap. Yamaha heavily restrict the MT-09 so it’s a good one to remap and de-restrict. We’ve smoothed out the snatchy throttle and taken BHP from 96 to 105 with gains all the way through the revs. We’ve done a fuel map, ignition map, and electronic throttle valve map, and the bike now runs a whole lot better than when it left the Yamaha factory. Thats not a euro4 restrictions, thats the top speed limiter yamaha put into both 5th and 6th to stop it doing over 135mph

PaulH every single bike is different, we don’t set it up to a pre-set number, we custom map it so that it runs perfectly 👍🏼

I dont have a dyno, so i would try to do it on the street..

@@myduffly Without putting the bike on our dyno, not really. It coukl be anywhere between 12.5 to 1 to 14 to 1 AFR. It's impossible to fuel a bike perfectly without having the equipment to test the work you're doing.

Could you please tell me, where you are getting the RPM signal from? I am trying to get a clear signal, but i cant find a good spot.

PaulH if you’d like to book your bike in for tuning please give us a call. We spend tens of thousands of pounds every year to learn and stay ahead of technology so that we can be the best tuners in the uk, but this doesn’t extend to telling other people how to do it themselves. If we spent all this money to learn how to do it, and then passed the information on to everybody for free, we’d go out of business very quickly. We test in real world (rear wheel) figures, not the figure at the crank which manufactures advertise but is actually irrelevant and misleading
