011 servos do NOT go at the tail.!!! doing so makes the tail HEAVY.! doing that is the opposite of smart. put servos near the cg and LEARN how to make longer pushrods. IT IS EASY to do. a longer pushrod can be made of steel wire. however, a wire pushrod needs to be supported along its length such that it does not flex, during 'push'.
